We were part of a group of 9 who came at the request of one of the members of the group. The server was friendly and fairly attentive, but our food was lukewarm when served. My wife's fries were cold and undercooked. One couple asked for another basket of fries which only arrived after everyone had finished their meals. "Bottomless fries" should be amended to indicate that you have to ask for them twice and wait a long time to receive them. This is not our first similar experience at this Red Robin. We only come when one of the group requests it just so we can spend time with them, NOT because of the quality of the food.

Family of four came in both servers and manager just stared we were not greeted or seated once a white couple came into the establishment they immediately went to go and serve them and blatantly ignored us until I said something were then served cold food and raw burgers never coming back

We came here for a family dinner for Mother’s Day, we were served a dirty wine glass with lipstick and leftover food in it in the middle of a pandemic, employee were disrespectful and confrontational, getting in my family’s face, try to fight us, they refused to provide their names and were supported by their manager. Then began lying saying food was thrown at our server but could not say who threw it ! Not a safe place for family or friends

As always, I enjoyed my visit. I had the Maui burger, which is my favorite. Fries were hot and fresh. Food was delivered sooner than I expected. Too full for dessert. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Our department ordered food from Red Robin today for lunch, delivered by GrubHub. Two of us got the Wedgie Burger; one got a salad. Both of the wedgie burgers were cold. Not even lukewarm, but COLD. Not out of the refrigerator cold, but there is no way these burgers were fresh even 30 minutes prior to their delivery. it was beyond awful. $17 for a cold burger. Never again.

Even though we try to avoid chain restaurants on most occasions, preferring instead to go to local places, I really enjoy Red Robin. The quality of their burgers and wraps is consistent and high, and they have all you can eat fries, veggies, or salad with your burgers. Plus they have really good sauces (one of them is just ranch and BBQ sauce, but it's tasty). We usually go here around birthdays because the birthday person gets a free burger in the 2 weeks around their birthday.
