Everything was fried, unseasoned and staff didn’t speak English well.

The website menu prices are incorrect! Ocean Perch on the website is 7.99 and the real price is 14.99. I was told the price had not been 7.99 for 15 years. 😳 The guy taking the order over the phone was unprofessional and rude as if it was my fault lt the website was very incorrect!

Fat Man’s is nothing like it used to be since another change of ownership. Mind you I’ve been eating there since I was a kid.
Ordered 2 Olive Swiss Burgers, 3 wings, and 1/4lb of fried mushrooms. First time trying the burger menu to only be told after I paid that they don’t have olives. So, we substituted for a cheeseburger. By far the nastiest burger I’ve ever had which must of been a frozen patty bc it was mushy and tasted stale, wings were not fried completely, and the fried mushrooms: well let’s just say were not what I expected. Totally disappointing. To top it off we ended up there bc Coney Island up the way was closed.

We waited for 25 minutes behind 4 other people that came in AFTER us to take home greasy, skin peeling, fried chicken. Our fries were soft and not seasoned AT ALL.

Very disappointed. I live on the complete opposite side of town and came for good food to receive mediocre slop.

At most I found it below average. My walleye, blue will and gator were saturated with grease. Not to mention on a personal preference I don't like my seafood breaded with flour. I prefer the crispy crunch and flavor of cornmeal

Been coming here since the original owner Lee himself owned it (40) yrs!Ordered Ocean perch and Lake perch which was $27 a pound! They got there Lake perch from Gordon foods which sucked and only 4 pieces! Come on are times that bad when you have to buy from a local food supplier and still charge $27 pound when they probably paid 1/8 of that price to buy it in bulk!!! The ocean perch for $14.99 a pound was hell of a lot better than the Lake perch that tasted like Leather!Thanks for me being a loyal customer for 40+ yrs! Looking for other fish places to go too!
