WOW WE JUST TRIED THE MIXED NUTS AND I CAN SAY I LOVED EVERYONE OF THEM....CANT GO WRONG...NUTS TO EVERYONE
One of my favorite coffee shops in GR. Always worth the trip and a great place to sit down and study
Super friendly service and great coffee.
Hopped into Ferris Coffee to see what drinks they had and what the atmosphere is like, I have to say it did not disappoint!
Love ❤️: plenty of free parking, delicious drinks, friendly staff and good breakfast sandwiches, the atmosphere is tranquil, calm and spacious - more seating than I expected!
Opted for the Hibiscus Iced Tea and a Ham, egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich 🤤
This is a new favorite spot I’ll be coming to work and relax.
Great coffee and nuts ☕
I come here 3 times a week because it's the best way to start my morning. The staff is incredible, the coffee is smooth, and the atmosphere is welcoming. While the location can be confusing - it's literally in the giant warehouse building so it feels like you're walking into the corporate office at first - I'm so thankful this place exists. Also, local. Also, well-priced. Also, plenty of seating. Also, little shop. Also, $5 coffee + bagel deal.
Always a joy to come here for quality coffee. My husband and I have been here so much the baristas know us. Love the cafe, love the retail shop, and all the fun classes Ferris has to offer, too. Highly recommend!
Amazing coffee and espresso drinks served by great staff!
A group of ladies from the YMCA come to Ferris about once a week. Everyone is very nice and we always get excellent service! They even bring our orders out to us. We all appreciate the consideration they show to us.
Great Hot coffee, good selection and very helpful staff!

I love your Christmas tree pretzels. Very delicious
Attended an espresso class on 10/19 and loved seeing the inside workings of how coffee is made all the way to how the beans are selected! Jess and Jake made class fun and really hands on - would love more class offerings! Also great cappuccinos and love the free little library - both my husband and each took home a book! We will be back for more coffee lessons, to contribute to the free little library, and of course for more delicious cappuccinos ☕️😊

Ferris is a fairly big company, and big companies are sometimes known for cutting corners to reach their goals while trying their best to keep up their quality. I’m sure this happens with them from time to time, but in the end they do know what they’re doing and they produce good stuff! It was cool to look into their training lab and envision how they train new baristas in a science lab type arena. The barista who made my pour over seemed knowledgable and did a great job. When a barista waxes eloquent about a bean you should try, it’s great when your cup really reflects it! Enjoyed working there a while in the space. This is their central location and has a shop where they sell a lot of the beans, mixed fruits & nuts and other things that they ship out all over.

Barista was so sweet this is definitely better than the holland location which I went to a few times. Wish there was a friendlier way to walk to the entrance from the sidewalk. Currently you have to go through the parking lot. Also no bike parking :(
