Firehouse Subs Cascade

THEY WERE PROMOTING FREE VETERANS MEALS. WHEN I ARRIVED THE LADY WAS VERY SNIPPY AND RUDE TO ME A VETERAN. VERY UNACCEPTABLE

I came into the restaurant to get my birthday sub. Unfortunately due to a glitch in the app though, the one time I ordered on line (last Nov) it discover when picking up the sub at the Alpine store the order never went through. The worker said after i reordered through them it would show via the app that I qualified for the free sub. When my birthday came (Feb 9th) I never got an email.

When I came into this store the mgr said I had to go through the app people (third party) and she could do nothing. When i then tried ordering a small sub at the store using my points I had earned, after they scanned the bar code on my phone, I was told it didn’t work (take money off the small sub) so I need ed to reorder online. Well my points had disappeared once they scanned the bar code on my phone!!!! They told me they it would eventually come back on but sorry!!

I recommend not going to this store if you’re trying to redeem your points!! Apparently there bottom line profits are more important than pleasing a customer whose been loyal to them.

Exceptionally slow. Employees are just there to chat and don’t even work on your order when you ask if it’s almost ready when they have no other orders in the queue

Insanely slow service. Ordered ahead online then arrived 10 minutes later, and still waited 20 minutes for 2 subs even though I was the only person in the restaurant.
Food isn’t bad, but definitely worse than competitors like Subway or Jersey Mikes. Was my first time trying it and I don’t think I’ll be returning. I didn’t like that the turkey was warm, it made the sandwich taste odd.

I want to preface I have no food intolerances or allergies. Ordered a Philly cheesestake 01/25/2025 and am about to be on the toilet with violent diarrhea.

Their safety has to improve, or the notices on ingredient recalls require stricter adherence.

Not fun... I'm at work and have to keep kids safe during parenting time visits from potentially unsafe situations, which disallows me using the bathroom frequently.

I get the meatball sub here and it is fantastic. It’s a ten out of ten meal in my opinion. I had a moment of existential bliss the first time I had that sub. Moments of such sort are to be cherished and the meatball sub here is one of a kind. Also they provide an array of hot sauces which is really just a fun time. Love it here. 5/5.

Got a sub from this place. Ordered it with deli mustard and provalone cheese. It didn't come that way just the meat. Was ripped off by Firehouse subs. Tryed calling couldn't talk to anyone

Rude staff, unclean dining area, sloppy made sandwich. Why say anything to the staff when they just ignore you anyways. Literally walked out and just threw it away. Sad thing is, I go to these places all over and this is just flat out lazy and gross.

I got a sub through door dash so all I can comment on is the food. It was really food. The subs are soo filling and the meat juicy. I'd definitely order again.

Everyone talks so highly of the subs from here so finally we tried them. VERY DISAPPOINTED, NOT WORTH THE HYPE. My husband ordered the the Italian sub and the dressing was so disgusting he couldn't even get through a quarter of the large sub. I got the club and was just as disappointed. Definitely not going to be repeat customers. I'm sorry. Big thumbs down from us.

Dan in the drive through is so friendly! The managers should seriously give that guy a raise, his customer service is great and I always enjoy my conversations with him. This is my favorite Firehouse subs location just because of him!
