One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in 15 years of doing business. As a long term customer of many years we were just terminated abruptly and rudely unannounced by a gentleman walking into our business like he owned the place to take his coffee maker back. Reps are rude, and backed up by a manger with even less customer service skill. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your office and service needs.

AMAZING group. We have our coffee machine through this company, and even though they are located in Grand Rapids, they have been so attentive and always come down to Kalamazoo whenever we need more product or service to our Virtue machine. They are super great with customer service, offer great terms for renting coffee machines like the Virtue ( Highly recommend) or the Starbucks coffee machine, and more! If your need a service order for anything, they send someone right away and will follow up the next day to make sure everything is still working great! 11/10 would recommend this company for your office/work coffee rental needs.

Only 2 stars because the delivery drivers are always kind and pleasant. Heidi is rude and never has a smile on her face. I would not recommend them.
