Over priced and terrible food. Food is not freshly cooked and it doesn’t taste good. I feel they serve canned food.

I don't know why people go here; it was my first time and I was less than impressed. Ambiance is what you'd expect for a Chinese restaurant - old school country club type vibes with a splash of Asian decor. Does give the appearance of a more upscale experience. Service was fine - nothing to comment on either way. Went for lunch; I had the Beef & Broccoli and it was pretty bad. The beef was so over cooked that it was basically leather while the broccoli was barely steamed and nearly raw. Rice was good but when isn't steamed rice good? The sauce on the dish was also good but there could have been more - a little skimpy in that area. Overpriced for the quality, especially for a lunch sized portion. Won't be back; would rather drive over to Little Bangkok for Thai and a much better overall experience there.

Every time I go here, I am in wonder. First Wok makes all other Chinese restaurants pail in comparison. Way to keep setting the bar high! 30 years a fan.

Really terrible food. Ordered dumplings as an app. Barely warm with a giant hunk of solid pork inside.

I'm very confused how this place has so many good reviews. The food i took out was not good and was absurdly overpriced. I got an order of crab rangoon that had absolutely no crab or even imitation crab in it. If I wanted cream cheese rangoon, I'd just go to Panda Express. I got some "crab" rangoon and two combos, and it was 50 BUCKS before tax. They refused to swap my white rice for fried rice on the side. The rice was extremely dry, not just sticky but dry and clumpy. The shrimp was chewy and overcooked. The orange chicken wasn't even edible, I was just chewing and chewing but it wasn't breaking down. I just dont see a world where this experience was good. Maybe it would've been better if I'd eaten in, but if they can't do take outs, then that's pretty sad. I wish so badly I could get a refund, but they could barely even take my order to begin with.
I’ve been coming here for 20 years and today I ordered the same thing I’ve been ordering and the price jumped significantly. Mind you, I ordered the same thing the last 3 days with consistent pricing. The woman gave me no apologies and told me to check the menu as if I were lying. You’ve just lost a VERY loyal customer due to this extremely unprofessional experience.

4.7/5 StarsThe service was absolutely excellent! Very fast and helpful. The environment and atmosphere were also excellent. Very clean. The food was amazing and came out fresh and quick also. The only reason it's not a 5 star is that a few of the people I had dine in with didn't not enjoy the food they had ordered. On a side note, this fried rice is the best around, and the portion sizes are HUGE!
