First Wok Chinese Restaurant

We were sitting where we could hear the kitchen. The waitstaff grabbed my tea cup to remove it before asking if I was going to use it. They were nice enough. Just different cultures...

Gave us more than we ordered and the bill ended up being $90 for two people but they refused to take anything off even though we didn’t order it. Will not eat here again.

The most disgusting place on earth, bad bad baddddd service and waiter are super rude they don't have patience for nothing, we literally buy literally left our food without to eat even a bite and literally just left, the filling that you get in this place is unforgettable, don't you go there, we never going back.

Very bad attitude, the place has no soul once we set down the waiter just jump on us and feel very uncomfortable and he was so rude that he start arguing with me while I’m ordering my food, not only that he bought to the table food for army while me and my friend told him clearly what we want, we felt so uncomfortable that we just left all the food on the table and literally paid 90$ !!!!! For 2 people. The waiter was literally rude to the point that I almost fight with him. Never going back again even if they the last place.

The egg rolls are the really fat nice ones!

The egg drop soup is very thick & yellow

Asking for 10/10 spicy gets peppers in your food but they're not ground or in oil so they don't ADD spicy unless you're outright eating the peppers :(( best when they cook the food into the pepper rather than just stirring the pepper in and this restaurant stirs it in, it seems :((

However the dish itself was good! Lots of shrimp in a combination dish and usually Shrimps are few and far between in combo dishes! The sauce was sweet and yummy. Veggies big!

Extremely nice staff!

I order the sweet and sour chicken but the chicken was soooo dry. I felt like I was chewing it forever. Will not order from this location again. The location on Alpine st. is wonderful!

Food is great and so is the service. 44th is the best location(I've been to all 3), I recommend the Bali Bali Beef and the Hot and Sour soup!

We’ve ordered from this place many times before and today my wife wanted to order. Si I phoned in the order and the lady on the other end must’ve been in a bad mood or something but she was really rude and hurrying me on the phone. When we went up there to pick up the food my wife went in and let the lady in the front have it. You don’t treat customers rude on the phone remember we’re the ones who keep you in business! And my wife refused to take the food and said we would never go there again!!

I’m leaving a 1 STAR not because the food sucked but because of the service. Our server was rude to begin with and after she was going off on my husband for not leaving tip, after we payed for his parents and our dish which we weren’t planing on paying for his parents dishes just mine and husband but we decided to pay for his parents which is what made our bill so high and she goes on to bully my husband for giving her $5 tip and so my husband decided not to give her anything. Get workers who aren’t begging for tip in such bad manners.

Food was perfectly hot and tasty as usual. My family has always loved the Cascade locations but I very much enjoyed my experience at the 44th street location.

Eat here several times a month. Service is fantastic. Never have to wait. The quality of the food is outstanding and served lightning
fast. Probably my favorite restaurant.
