One of these is what was advertisedThe other was what i Got! They should change their name to "wish pizza"When i called to complain they assured me they would make it right. So, i delayed my review. Things happen and im reasonable.On my way in to town, i called to have them make it right.. @730 on a friday andI live an hour away.They acknowledged who i was and they indeed owed me a pie... but they were just too busy today to take care of me.Shame on you. Shame. From an owner... shame on you.Not a nickle of my money and not a minute of my time. I hope your doors close. You dont deserve to be in business if this is how you handle your mistakes.I hope everyone who reads this takes their business somewhere else.

Amazing pizza and subs! I consider myself a pizza lover and have had most pizza places in town. This is right up there with the best in my humble opinion. Subs are melty gooey and delicious, pizza is crisp and fully of flavor. Service is exceptional and employees are friendly as can be! I would highly recommend stopping in to give this place a try.

Been eating here for months now, yesterday was the first time I actually went in myself. Owners were very friendly and accommodated my request to cook the pizzas just a little bit longer. We all like our pizza a little extra done. Sat and chatted with the owners while my pizzas hung out in the oven a few extra minutes. What wonderful and gracious owners. I will keep going to Francos and recommend anybody that asks where to get the best pizza on this side of town. Eating leftovers today, just as good. Let's support places like this during these times, they deserve it.

We had picked up a 14” pizza from Franco’s a couple weeks ago and it was awesome. The new owners really know how to make a great pizza plus be very nice and helpful. The only thing wrong is we bought too small of a pizza so last night we got a 16”! Again it tasted great and the owners are nice and helpful!Also they are open 11:00-8:00pm which is so much better than the previous owners not opening until 4:30pm
Awesome experience! The service is excellent and very friendly atmosphere. The pizza and bread is perfect also comes with plenty of dipping sauce which is a huge plus. This is the best pizzeria in Grand Rapids.
