I’ve come to this Freddy’s on multiple occasions and everytime I come I am welcomed by the staff in a very pleasant manner and my food is always delivered fresh with a thank you. Custard is always on point and delicious

Avoid this place . loaded with salt.sodium. fries were white loaded with salt made me sick. Tenders salty. They can kill someone

Dude asked me if I wanted onions five times. I said no five times, baffled that he continued to ask me. They proceeded to put onions on my sandwich. A layer of onions so thick and unappetizing that I absolutely think the teenagers who run this place were trolling me. Either that, or they are all buffoons. I also asked for a milkshake but was informed that they didn't have vanilla custard. So I said I didn't want a milkshake. He proceeded to tell me three separate times that they did have chocolate custard if I still wanted a milkshake. It's hard to tell if these guys have never been trained, if they're incredibly stupid, or if they just completely do not care about their job. Maybe the microphone outside actually is completely broken, in that case they need to stop accepting orders through it. Absolutely, absurdly, horrific service. We're talking the worst Taco Bell in the world at 2:00 a.m. type of service. I'm going to call corporate Freddy's and complain about this location cuz I've never been served like this at a Freddy's.

Freddie’s on their website says it’s open until 10pm and and the time on the door says 10pm and when went at 9:20pm the doors were all locked. People were in line inside and in the drive thru but they had the doors locked and we checked them all. They shouldn’t advertise 10pm and then close early.

Love this place. Eat here regularly for lunch break.

I am a transplant to Michigan and have never heard of Freddy’s before. The only way I can explain it is, If Culver’s had a child with Steak and Shake.. Freddy’s is that child. The food was amazingly juicy, fresh and came out fast! The sauces are delicious as well. Got so full we didn’t have time to try the custard. Will be back for sure!
