Finally was able to try Freshii for the first time today and it honestly didn’t live up to the hype. I ordered a Teriyaki Twist bowl — subbed the brown rice for quinoa and added tofu. I was happy with the size of the bowl, but the food was pretty bland.Pros: the woman who took my order and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful! I tried Freshii for the first time today and it was amazing!I "built" my own salad, and it was delicious! The atmosphere in the dining area is lovely as well, it's very cute in there.I will say this: it is far more expensive than most comparable places, but its location is super convenient if you work downtown (I came on my lunch break and was in and out in less than 5 minutes, wow). Be careful with take out, they forgot the sauce on my panga bowl and I couldn't go back because I was on lunch and had no time. So I was stuck eating a dry bowl. Could have been more friendly....
