I was disappointed with my online order. I asked for dressing on the side for my satay bowl; it was mixed in. I ordered avocado as an extra; it was not added. There was a scant amount of rice noodles. I basically paid a lot of money for a bowl of raw vegetables.

The bowls looked great at first.Then we mixed and tasted... ?My bowl tasted like chemicals... every bite I ate tasted like it had soap on it. My boyfriend's bowl was mediocre but more of a soup. This was our first time trying and it will be our last. No thank you to wasting $30.

I really like this place the 2 times I've tried it. However every time we try to order on Uber eats, 20 minutes later our order gets canceled with no explanation. Its extremely inconvenient and irritating.

Staff was very friendly/food was good. I was greeted, but they had to run to the back before they took my order. They were sure apologetic though. The only complaint I can come up with is that they didn’t cut my wrap in half. No big deal!

The food here is genuinely SO FRESH!! I hadn’t been to Freshii in a while but today I got to go back and try the “Oaxaca Bowl” and it was C.R.A.Z.Y Fresh!!! The staff here is so kind and will answer any questions you have about the food options. All of the vegetables were crisp and the avocado was perfectly ripe. Totally coming back here for the vibes, healthy drink selections and darn near perfect food!

Ordered on DoorDash this evening. Everything with the order was perfect! That bowl- oaxaca, was soooo good. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was ?♀️ so that was a very awesome surprise. The strawberry banana smoothie was also on point.

I was very impressed with Freshii! The employees were so friendly and helpful. It was my first time visiting and I asked a lot of questions, each of which was answered kindly and I was offered great suggestions (one of which I went with). I was concerned that the bowl I ordered for my husband was not going to be enough to fill him up, but it was! Great clean food, super friendly service - what more could you really ask for? We will definitely be back! A Freshii bowl exceeds a Core Life bowl and a Panera salad for sure.

Kind of bummed out. I have been a Freshii fanatic ever since I discovered them. I noticed that the prices have increased and was still willing to order food, didn’t realize that I was also paying for a smaller portion as well. Honestly you have lost as me as a customer now ? there are other options in town that have just as good of quality of food for a better price

Let me start out by saying that I wanted to give this place a better review. The customer service was great, the food tasted great. There are so many options for burritos and bowls. However, the portion size compared to the price is ridiculous. I have been to other fresh food restaurants within Grand Rapids. This is the first time going to Freshii. I can honestly say, that I will not be back. There are far better options that give you more bang for your buck in the Grand Rapids area. It is really hard to find fresh vegetarian and vegan options, but at this price, it makes me want to just eat meat again. ?
