The Acai bowl I got was amazing with a perfect texture, lots of toppings, and perfectly fresh fruit. However the customer service could use a little work as I wasn’t greeted or addressed for quite a few minutes, I understand service can’t always be perfect just one area to improve on.

first-timer to Grand Rapids and ai read about Fruition on a travel blog! Was super excited to try it out; ordered a greek salad, The Goods smoothie, and açaí bowl to go. Girls working were nice and gave my kiddos stickers, and included a second cup of extra smoothie for us. Very appreciated! However, we received the wrong salad (one with cranberries, walnuts, and no dressing) and I didn’t notice until we were back to our hotel to eat it. Partly my fault for not checking before I left but very frustrating given it’s a $12 salad that fits in the palm of my hand! Açaí bowl and smoothie were good though! Bathroom wasn’t super clean.

I had been a loyal Fruition GR customer for the last 3 years up until today. Last week I visited and purchased the same bowl that I've always ordered (9.13.2024) that was NOT to my liking after I tried some if it. I returned to the store to let them know and was told I needed to email the owner in order to discuss a refund mind you any type of compensation was never offered. After realizing I wasn't going to be compensated I walked back to my car to send the email and as I entered again the staff were saying very unkind and unprofessional remarks regarding me bringing my bowl back. Today, finally after calling inquiring why I hadn't heard anything back then did she contact me to only basically tell me that I was lying, I needed to provide picture and or video of the bowl as "proof" and that I wouldn't receive any refund just 25% off my next purchase of spending my own money. Not once did she acknowledge or apologize for her employers rude remarks. I will not be returning, customers should be valued and treated better.

NOW its stated that her employees weren't made aware of what was wrong with my bowl after I told them EXACTLY what the issue was and the bowl was NOT fully eaten otherwise why would I have driven all the way back to the establishment. The owner still isn't taking responsibility for the rude remarks HER STAFF MADE regarding me bringing my bowl back not one apology for their rude comments.

Usually, this is my favorite place to come although lately I’ve been disappointed the last time I ordered an essential bowl I had no yogurt in it this time the whole bowl was frozen and by the time the yogurt unthawed it was sour tasting. I hope it gets better soon. So bummed.
