The Acai bowl I got was amazing with a perfect texture, lots of toppings, and perfectly fresh fruit. However the customer service could use a little work as I wasn’t greeted or addressed for quite a few minutes, I understand service can’t always be perfect just one area to improve on.
first-timer to Grand Rapids and ai read about Fruition on a travel blog! Was super excited to try it out; ordered a greek salad, The Goods smoothie, and açaí bowl to go. Girls working were nice and gave my kiddos stickers, and included a second cup of extra smoothie for us. Very appreciated! However, we received the wrong salad (one with cranberries, walnuts, and no dressing) and I didn’t notice until we were back to our hotel to eat it. Partly my fault for not checking before...
Usually, this is my favorite place to come although lately I’ve been disappointed the last time I ordered an essential bowl I had no yogurt in it this time the whole bowl was frozen and by the time the yogurt unthawed it was sour tasting. I hope it gets better soon. So bummed.
