I stayed over the weekend Feb 21-23 of 2025 I checked in online from home. I was told I would be able to pick my room. The hotel ended up not allowing me to and picked one for me after. I asked for the 1st floor only to get to the hotel and find out one one elevator worked in the hotel that gave access to the 4th floor I had to walk two very long hallways before making it to my room. Only to get In my room and find out my fridge didn’t work had black mold in it. My bathroom sink was stopped up. I had two towels tried to call front desk from the room phone was only there for design because it didn’t work I had to call from my cellphone to be told housekeeping not on site my heater sounded like a motorcycle or one of them 1970’s hotel room you drop the quarters in to make the bed vibration happen my ceiling had leak spots in room 406 5 miles away from the elevator to get to the first floor to walk another 5 miles to get to the lobby the pool had caution tape the jacuzzi I thought I could soak my sore bones from walking so much in didn’t even have water in the jacuzzi. The hotel manager was so rude to guess he was yelling at guess the staff who worked there was very nasty the store they have was very overpriced one bottle 16oz water was $4 everything else was very expensive. The front desk clerk needs to be fired in fact the whole staff including the building manager I paid $321 dollars to stay there I asked to switch rooms and never got a response so I suffered the whole weekend I couldn’t wait till my conference was over I left way before check out . I couldn’t stay another second there only good service I received was from the onsite restaurant that night the food was great service was amazing.

Everybody enjoyed their meal choices...cooked perfectly. No doubt we'll be back when in town.

Vegetarian options: Best baked spinach artichoke dish ever! Better than homemade. The walley fish selection was awesome. Dittoes for the buttered pasta dish. Fish and chips...kind of small portion ...fish was excellent not so the fries. Bravo to whoever handles the kitchen!

For being a restaurant in a Double Tree hotel it was really good. I ended up going there 3 times during my stay, not including getting breakfast there everyday. The food was good with a good mix of items. The beer selection is great.
Breakfast was really good too. The bacon is thicker cut and is definitely much better than what you normally get at a hotel breakfast buffet.

Best Jager Schnitzel I've had outside of Germany. Really good food here; I stay at the Doubletree sometimes for work and always look forward to dining at Ganders, which is attached to the hotel lobby. There are lots of chain restaurants nearby but none are as good as what you'll get here. Let me repeat: REALLY REALLY GOOD FOOD! You will not be disappointed.

They had room to accommodate our large family made of children and adults. Prices were extremely high. Most of us had burgers, salad, beer. 20% gratuity was included automatically, which the waitress informed us. What was upsetting was the extra 20% service charge that was added with no explanation. We paid an extra $32 for this charge. Everyone else in our group got this additional 20% service fee also. We will never be going back

It's an airport hotel, not much to say other than the staff is really doing the best they can with what they got.

The restaurant is nice sized. Had an upscale feel to it. I walked in right before closing, a quarter til 1 p.m. The lady there told me I could order to go. She was still sweet for taking my order. I didn't want to bother, but she insisted. I ordered a French onion soup and a fruit cup. The soup was hot and good. The assorted fruit was in a to go bowl filled to the top! ?
