Absolutely horrible. Didn't have any taco shells on the buffet. No beans, chimichongas, silverware, plates or napkins. Asked for taco shells. Was charged 2 bucks for 3 cold, soggy corn tortillas. Taco bell would have been a better choice.

Didn't get to try the food. Came here for lunch at noon when they open, line out the door waiting. 12:10 still not open. 12:15, a lady came to the door and said, "5 more minutes". I mean, you can't open the door, have people sit in the A/C outside from 90 degree heat, offer them a drink or some chips while they wait? Opted to go across the street to the Schnitz Deli with proven success. As listed, this place won't last very long.

This place was not good at all, I saw people walking in and walking back out (something I should have done). $20 for the low quality of food!!!! This place won't last very long, I'm still feeling nauseated from the food and I wish I could give it a lesser rating. In a nut shell....stay away and save your money.

Way too expensive ($20 per person) for the food you get. Its chips with some toppings. Cheese is shredded, not melted . The mini buriitos and taco dorratos were unimpressive. So disappointed and won't be going back.

We had a great first experience at Gatos for lunch! We arrived when they opened so the buffet was well stocked and full of fresh food. Their guacamole in particular was delicious and the fajita chicken was extremely flavorful and just a little bit spicy.We will definitely be back!

Food was excellent. The buffet is setup oddly. Toppings chips are toward the center while meat is on the end. Toppings are back in the center. You have to wait in line twice to build your plate. Service was lacking. It looked as if they don't have enough front of house staff to keep up with tasks. Wasn't busy but people were waiting to be seated and food ran out quickly. Tortillas were an extra charge and are not part of the buffet. There is a lot of room for improvement and I would like to see w streamlined buffet and service in the future. Spent a lot of time waiting. Would go back again for the food. Priced at what I would expect for a buffet but food was above buffet level.
Parking: There are limited parking spots in the adjacent apartments. They are reserved for the restaurant but only about 8 spots. People were parking at the family fare and walking across the street. There is a tow risk to many of the parking options.
Kid-friendliness: They have juice options for children and the food is all deconstructed so even picky eaters can build what they like.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs of any kind and the walkway is open and accessible. Connects to a sidewalk and has accessible outdoor and indoor seating.
