Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. Bummed. I think there's a lack of focus on ingredients. The product is definitely low caliber.
The real live local family owned and operated neighborhood pizza place with the classic Italian American pizza made by people who take pride in their craft. These guys have been here since I was in college, and even before that. We moved back to GR from Chicago and gravitated towards Gino’s because it’s got the same honest hard working “place on the corner” vibe and authentic product we got in our Chicago neighborhood. When you call in to order you know that you’re talking to people who honestly care about what they’re bringing to your door. Pete always remembers who we are and where we live. We love the crust, it’s yeasty and crisp and has that hand made quality to it that you don’t get from a crank it out kind of pizza factory. The sauce and ingredients all come together right. Sometimes after a day of hard yard work or a series of long night shifts at the hospital we crave the pizza that reminds us that we’re home in a neighborhood that we love, eating food made by good people who are part of the Grand Rapids fabric of community.

Best pizza experience I have ever had. I love coming here, tonight the owner and I believe Sean or Shawn. Not sure. Made my pizza perfectly well done. Best place in Grand Rapids and possibly Michigan. I love the old school feel and it’s a family generation(s) owned pizza joint with really good service and fresh ingredients. Great job Gino/Pete and Staff.

My boyfriend and I just moved up to GR from Kentucky and we’re looking for a solid pizza spot. This was it!! The owner was so friendly and courteous and the pizza was fantastic! The sauce was so so good too. We will definitely be back - will be our go to pizza joint up here. Highly recommend!!!

I called and they had an hour wait and I fully understand why that was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! They delivered right to my hotel exactly the time they told me. I would highly recommend the pizza!! Service was great as well!
