Ginza made for a nice dinner after an evening out. I tried a California roll and their tonkotsu ramen. Both were good, but the noodles for the ramen were just slightly overcooked. The flavor of the broth was excellent and deeply savory, however, and the toppings were good. I guess it evens out. It’s a good spot for noodles or sushi, and they have a menu with some decent variety. It’s definitely worth a try if you like either of those foods.

Hands down, the best sushi in Western Michigan. Always fresh. Always great.

We are not from the area, just visiting for a work trip. If you like sushi and these types of food, this is first class and you will not be disappointed. Amazing food and presentation. Bravo, very thankful for choosing to eat there.

Food and service are both extra special here - sooo good. But we’d probably go much more often if the seating felt more private. The long row of seats the length of the building is not conducive to enjoying yourself or your companions. Booths would be such an improvement.

The service was good and I enjoyed the Takoyaki and bubble tea. I was a little disappointed by the ramen, though. You can tell that the broth wasn’t the best quality because it didn’t gel up in the fridge when I stored the leftovers. (When the broth gels, you know it’s made with high quality ingredients)

First time here. This food was great. I had the Spice Level 1 Karaka Ramen. Very very good, the roasted pork and spicy broth were outstanding. Definitely will be back to try the other Ramens. This Ginza is a must try. 5 Stars.

I have been here several times while visiting Grand Rapids and the food is always great and fresh. I have had several things off of their menu and I have never been disappointed.

Our server, Yang, is absolutely phenomenal every time we come here. Somehow we always end up with her, and she never disappoints. Orders are taken quickly, she is very attentive and our needs are always met. If I could give her a raise myself I would!

Food was fine, I don't know much about ramen or sushi but what I had was fine. What I really appreciated was the inclusive atmosphere that made everyone feel welcomed.
