I admit the food is good. But the owner is knowingly keeping a known rapist employed there. He has been notified multiple times by multiple people and chose to ignore it. Spend your money elsewhere.

The service is great but oh man the food is amazing!! My go to is the Jamaican jerk tacos. Delicious w extra habanero relish!

Service was great. Not too many people were there, but atmosphere was nice. I ordered the Mantis sandwich. Couldn't taste the sause and the pickles were very strong. But overall the bbq chicken was good.

It's bizarre that a restaurant wouldn't want to serve parties over 6 people. We had to promise to only order six meals when we had 8 people (4 kids, 4 adults) because otherwise the cooks would be "overwhelmed." I would have understood if there was some kind of fire hazard rule, but we were in a booth taking up no more space than a party of 6. Pus, there were open tables and seats at the bar area. Not kid friendly. Honestly, a bit kid antagonistic. Good food though. Too bad we won't be going back.

The staff were nice and seemed attentive. The place was a little chilly but was well lit with lots of natural lighting. The food wasn’t great, but for the price they give you big portions.

Retro feel diner playing country music serving breakfast and lunch staples with more eclectic choices as well. Indoor and outdoor seating for when the weather is nicer.Service, atmosphere, and food were all great, and there are other places to check out nearby within walking distance as well if interested in coffee, baked goods, or shopping.

So many amazing things to say about this place. The food was beyond good, the tacos were all so different and all so delicious. I had an omelets that was great it was like eating an omelets and taco in one, you just have to try it. Come down and ask for Sarah she'll guide you in the right direction. By the way Sarah you are a rock star!! This is a must whenever I'm in town.

Just order there mushroom burger and is probably the worst I have ever had, came out soggy and wet with only 2 slices of mushrooms!! Very disappointed!!

My family and I went to Good Truckin' Diner for the second time yesterday. The first time, I thought the buffalo wrap was delicious. My family was happy with their food as well. The restaurant had just opened. We went there in sheer excitement to try their vegan shakes - a rarity in Grand Rapids, unfortunately. We were told they were unavailable. Womp womp! But we understood. The second time, we decided to go again, hoping to try their shakes this time. It had been several months since we visited, and we figured any kinks had been worked out by now. I noticed and appreciated that both the curb appeal and the interior's decoration and atmosphere improved since the last time we visited. I ordered the buffalo wrap again and was quite disappointed. My husband finished it for me. The fries were not great. The apple and orange juices were meh. (The shakes were, much to our disappointment, unavailable again.) The breakfast potatoes were raved about by my daughter and husband, though! I personally didn't try them, but I wish I did because, as I stated, the fries were quite disappointing. My other daughter loves the Nora burrito after having it both visits. I definitely understand there are off days and times of unavailability for products... so I am not writing off GTD just yet. However, I think we will call ahead from now on about the status of the shakes to avoid further disappointment. I have heard good things about the street tacos, so maybe I'll try those next.
