I am at 333 grocery receiving. Arrived at 0916 for a 1000 appt. First off the guy I talked with had an attitude about calling the number listed on the door. This place is confusing. They want you to park in the main lot off of clay ave … easy to miss. They called to tell me what door to go to and then went on break. You probably will have to block traffic but overall easy parking
1 pallets take them 2 hours to unload 1 pallets
No Real bathroom, tight back in from the street to dock, appointment only works against but if you show up early you will end up waiting for a call past your appointment time….oh and they charge outrageous lumper fee which takes longer than unloading to sort out??♂️
The worst delivery in the GR area. Shipping office rude, they are super slow and lumper fees and process insane

This place is utterly terrible!! Avoid coming here if you can. Appt at 6am. Arrived here at 4am. In a dock at 430am, it's currently 1030am. This place has 0 work ethic and DOES NOT CARE about truckers HOS. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Like I said avoid coming here if your and Owner Op, if your a company driver, prepare to sit and wait for hours.
Update : If your load doesn't have pallets underneath them, be prepared to sit all day like I am. They have to manually unload every single piece of cargo by hand. I am currently.out of hours and am stuck here in the dock for the day.
Not a great place. 1 star only for parking and accessibility. They forgot about me and let me seat for 4h after appt until i called again (tried calling 3x before no answer). Overall kinda of waste of time.
So far so good the only thing I’ve noticed not stated in the reviews is keep your door closed and don’t break the seal for the cooler department. They will do so when you back into the door you’re assigned to.
Four stars at the moment because I’m not done yet just now getting unloaded.
Lumper fee next then paperwork ,the wait begins …

My appointment was at 4 PM. I didn’t get assigned a door until 5 PM.
I was waiting in the bullpen which isn’t a tight fit just regular rest area parking spots, I didn’t count the parking spots, but at least 10 possibly 15 places to park.
When backing to your assigned door, that is tight to maneuver.
Lumper fee was reasonable and I was heading to my next delivery by 5:48 PM with paperwork in hand

This facility can be a little confusing but NOT if you read reviews as drivers should. 2 staging areas and you call in with PO number. I was delivering to 2 facilities and both got me in early
Easy in and out make sure you came by appointment otherwise you have to waitApp is at 12:00 out by 12:45
Been here 6 hours is snowing there is ice everywhere and they still can't let people inside to use the bathrooms had to use they're nasty Porta potty about a half a mile away from the docks it should be illegal to keep people here this long without letting them use they're restrooms
