Glad you’re gone. Overpriced food and drinks are never on my go-to list anyhow. Just look at those burgers in the other reviews, does that look like it’s worth $20? Because that’s what you’d have paid after tip, and NO drink.

DO NOT COME HERE BEFORE A CONCERT! The staff was overwhelmed and cannot handle a crowd. Came here before the Pantera concert waited an hour for the pb&j burger and they served me and everyone at the table a charred hockey puck. You can smell the burnt! Never again.

Bartender ignored me...came to the guy next to me 2x and never acknowledged me. I left after 10 minutes of this.

Really loud to have a conversation. Service was very good. My son had a Philly Steak sandwich that barely had any meat. Mostly onions and peppers. He was very disappointed. Grilled chicken sandwich looked more like a half sandwich. Fish and chips were good. Drinks excellent. So, disappointed that the food did not measure up.

We had arrived right on time for a reservation and the white bearded manager didnt great us for over 15 mins and even took a couple phone calls. i understand if you are busy but at least say hello. He didnt realize we had a reservation. it was very disappointing. we ended up just going to the bar because he took to long. im talking over 15 once we said hello. we had a reservation because we had somewhere to be later that night. will not return to this business.. especially when there are plenty of great Grand Rapids restaurants.

Stopped in for dinner and drinks before the Disturbed concert. The burger ? I had was good, the beers ? better and our bartender, she was friendly, had a good sense of humor and gave excellent service.

Wish I could give less than a star.Chairs getting put up while we’re all still here watching the first lions in nfc championship game in 50 years.Server tells me it’s last call with like 45 minutes of game left, I try to change my mind and she’s nowhere to be found, I say go ahead “oh no I’m sorry they say it’s last call”Crazy how I’d walked to the bathroom and she was on her phone in the server station.She’d already pissed me off like 7 times before this. Food didn’t get put in to the kitchen, brought it up “oh yeah I did put that in idk what they’re up to” okay.Wrong tabs got brought to the table “you’ll have to help me figure out who had what” are you kidding me? Why do you receive 20 on 100 for then? Why am I a Karen if I don’t tip 20% ((luckily for this going nowhere my fiance took the tab and paid 20%)) when the service is god awful.

They were slammed with people coming in before the griffins game. I get it. We were told a 45 minute wait for a table. Not even 10 minutes we got seated. Food took 1.5 hours. Waitress either forgot about putting our order in or let it sit. Food wasn’t hot so do what you will with that information. Had to chase her down for beverage refills. Sat right by the entrance. The table next to us asked for to-go boxes when they put their food order in. Smart. After our 1.5 hour wait we paid and left. They still hadn’t gotten their food either. Rough
Waited for 2+ hours for appetizers after being seated. Never received appetizers or the dinners we ordered. 3 other tables came after us & got their food delivered to them.

Made reservations, tried calling and e-mailing to increase. No one responded. Day of event. Place was slow. I had to find our waitress to get another drink order for the table. She’d been missing for an hour. Food was cold. Took an hour to get our bill. Extremely disappointed and will not return.

If they offer you the Phantom Table, don’t accept. Phantom Table =Phantom Service. Terrible service from the wait staff.
