The pizza is good but the price they tell you on the phone is never what they charge you. I've bought multiple pizzas from them and it's never costs what they say. I just bought a pizza & they said it was $15.something and they charged me almost $17.

Decent pizza & subs. Obviously there is NO training on answering phones, taking orders, and general courtesy. I think it's family run but JFC have some courtesy.

I’ve ordered a ham, red onion and fresh mushroom pizza twice. I get ham and white onion, not fresh mushrooms. Tried to call the restaurant and was hung up on.

We ordered the Heritage Hill Stuffed Pizza 16 inch and a Large Greek Salad. The salad was excellent with choice greens and vegetables. I liked that the dressing was thicker as well. The pizza ingredients were high quality but would have liked more cheese and sauce. I am someone that naturally likes more sauce but rest of group would have liked more as well. I am someone that finds most food too salty but did not find this food to be and really did like it. Definitely tasted homemade and not from can. The pizza and salad was enough to feed 2 adults, and my three kids who are big eaters. Would definitely come back but would order extra cheese and sauce for sure.

Absolutely delicious!! Arrived early which is amazing! A little on the pricey side but I guess you get what you pay for because the pizza, meatball sub and cinnamon sticks were outstanding!! I will definitely be ordering again!!

The mediocrity of pizza. I had a pretty basic order, pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. The breadsticks were incredibly dry. The pizza was just that. Pizza. Wasn't terrible wasn't amazing just bland a** dough, sauce, pepperoni, and cheese. Enough to fill your craving for pizza but leave you disappointed in what you got. Would not recommend.

I used to love this place but ever since management changed and they've changed the menu without updating it on delivery apps like door dash and Postmates, it's caused quite the issues with communication with the employees here. I had ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and what I got was completely different than what was posted on door dash. The cashier questioned me if I was looking at the grand rapids pizza department menu, no sweetie I was looking at the menu that you've had after you changed the name from Grand Rapids pizza department to heritage Hill pizza. I don't appreciate my ability to read a current menu being questioned. They were making excuses for the menu on door dash not being updated to their current menu that is in store and on their website. It's like they don't care to make an effort to make changes to avoid a situation like this again. I was home when I realized that I was right in that the pizza I ordered was wrong compared to what was on door dash is app for their menu. I come back to get a new one and the cashier was rude and short with me. She was also using her face mask as a chinstrap while she was prepping food. This place is run by imbeciles. And it sucks because this is the closest pizza place to me and their menu used to be great, but now they've changed it and certain pizzas aren't as good as they used to be. And of course the customer service is atrocious.

I usually don't do this, but here you go.First looked up the menu online found what we wanted.Called placed order nothing big, 2 subs and a salad.Order came out to 34 dollars and some change.The delivery driver showed up and said the subs where a different price than what online.On top of that they charge me a delivery fee.Ok i get the fee but 34 and change for ham and cheese sub and a blt sub.

The quickest delivery I've ever ever had. Its delicious and the driver was a complete gentleman and even brought us plates and napkins when I hadn't asked! Best pizza! ? ?

The pizza is a tad pricey compared to pizza hut and Dominoes. but it is worth it. its family owned, always good to support local business. it's pretty much street parking.
