we went on Sunday evening. got seated but no one ever came to our table to ask us what we wanted to drink or anything. we waited for about 15 mins . n nothing so we got up and lefted told the girl up front n all she said was sorry. waste of my time trying to go there. we live about an hour from Grand Rapids. and they weren't even busy. I kepted seeing all the staff walking around.

Food was TOTALLY awesome service was a little slow but it was a busy time with lunch. We will definitely eat there again!!

A neat eatery. This place had a cool atmosphere. For how it looked it was come as you are dress/casual but the service was top notch. I think we were smiled at a dozen times by staff on our way to the table. Jade was wonderful and attentive while anticipating and meeting needs before we even had to ask. The food all had a little something extra to it which often times added an unexpected flavor kick to normal dishes. The Mac and cheese was super cheesy, the bacon burger had this tangy sauce stuff which accented the grill flavor, just solid food for the price. I will say the signature white truffle tater tots tasted a bit over salted, it didn't quite hit the mark for me but overall the staff, ambiance, and food in general were welcoming and nice. As an aside my wife had very good things to say about the desserts so if you have the room after eating you should try one.

Dietary restrictions: My wife is gluten free and they were comfortably accommodating with it. Some places only give you an option or two but here you feel like you have a decent choice selection including dessert.

Solid place

Food and service excellent. Lots of “on tap” beer options, but they need to up the CO2 on the mixture, the tap beers were a bit flat.

Great food. Patio still open, was lovely today. Vegetarian and vegan options available. Wild fungi pizza was amazing as was mac and cheese.

I love eating at restaurants where the servers and chefs enjoy what they do. Kevin was amazing and lived what he did. I recommend Gravity taphouse to anyone and go see Kevin.

Went into Restaurant tonight 10/17/2024. The appetizer was so salty it was inedible. So I ordered a gravity bacon burger to go and had to throw it in the trash. I do not recommend this place if you're hungry. Might be better idea to visit McDonald's.

Happy Hour was great, apps were good very tasty. Some of the entrees were not as flavorful. But my Rueben was tender and very tasty. Loaded Tots spectacular, crab rangoons, and the goat cheese dip are my recommendations :)
