A neat eatery. This place had a cool atmosphere. For how it looked it was come as you are dress/casual but the service was top notch. I think we were smiled at a dozen times by staff on our way to the table. Jade was wonderful and attentive while anticipating and meeting needs before we even had to ask. The food all had a little something extra to it which often times added an unexpected flavor kick to normal dishes. The Mac and cheese was super cheesy, the bacon burger had this...

Happy Hour was great, apps were good very tasty. Some of the entrees were not as flavorful. But my Rueben was tender and very tasty. Loaded Tots spectacular, crab rangoons, and the goat cheese dip are my recommendations :)

We have used The Hop Room at Gravity for manager's meetings twice now and both times have been excellent. The attention to detail of the staff, the great food and atmosphere make this a wonderful meeting spot.
