If I lived here, I would come here every week, but I'm from out of town. We came here and ordered blue gill, catfish, Mahi Mahi, and perch. Each fish was seasoned, breaded, and fried to perfection and without a doubt, I can say this was the best fish I've ever eaten from a shop.
After searching for the best fried chicken in Grand Rapids, I found this place and decided to give it a try.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly greeted and felt very welcome.
I ordered 8 pieces of dark meat, resisting the temptation to get some seafood as well.
My order was ready in 20 minutes, just as promised.
Back in my truck, I eagerly dug into my meal.
Knowing what good fried chicken tastes like, I was thrilled...

Who ever the cooks were early this afternoon, baby, the food was perfectly cooked. My catfish fillets were golden and just the right crunch. The chicken wings were cooked so good that I ate all of them. I asked for all dry seasoning and that’s just what I got. I also like their coleslaw as well as their Kool-aid. It’s not too sweet or sour. Great job to you sirs for all you do. I cannot forget to tell how nice and polite everyone who works here is.
