Cinnamon Roll was hard like day old. Should only sell fresh. Sell day old at reduced price so customers know what they get. Was looking forward to a usually a great product. Disappointed

I’ve been doing UE deliveries off & on for years. I’ve been here to pick up orders twice in the last two days not very professional for employees to be standing around conversing and when I’m at the counter I’m looked at as if I’m an inconvenience. It’s weird the approach because it’s not warm or welcoming they act as if they barely want to speak. I suggest customer relations training and probably a bit of diversity training wouldn’t hurt as well.

Hall Street is always a great place to stop, for coffee, for a great BLT, for wonderful bread, or for something sweet. The people are always pleasant and friendly.

We've been there two weekends in a row for lunch because it was so good! The pizza and calzone were fantastic! My husband had two different sandwiches and liked them both (man of few words...) I will always crave that pizza dough!
Down sides are most of the tables we're dirty each time, the bathroom was dirty each time, and the hightop we sat at was very wobbly and so was one of the stools so we moved once another family left. Minor infractions but it distracted from the experience.
I'll definitely be back just for that pizza though!

Enjoyed our free pizza from the Red Envelope. The Gluten Free pizza was very good. Highly recommend it. My son had the regular crust pizza which was also very good. Really large pieces of pepperoni.

Love this place! Great service, friendly employees, great atmosphere- Love the outdoor patio- And great food! The servings are large, and the food is delicious! My faves are the chicken salad sandwich, blueberry scones, and the island cookie. The coffee is also excellent.

Don’t appreciate my first review getting deleted, very mature response as a business owner. I came in for coffee at 8:20 pm, and your counter service refused to make it. Don’t be upset with me for putting it on google, be upset with your workers

Bread is good, smoothie was good. The sandwich was not good, it had blobs of pesto. The broccoli/cheddar soup was basically all cheddar and a couple thawed pieces of broccoli thrown in. Atmosphere was cute, but cold. The worst part was the cashier. Guy with glasses and a thick mustache was pretty rude. He acted very annoyed and gave off a very unfriendly vibe. I get bad days, but he needs to leave whatever he has going on at the door.
