WHERE TO BEGINThe food is, admittedly, lit. The chicken is very good and the pizza is all hand made and all product is well maintained and turned over often. There really isn’t a single thing I wouldn’t order from there however-It’s the ordering that makes this experience. Who knows what kind of experience you might have going in. Whatever time of day it is outside the store doesn’t apply inside- it is 11:30pm in there permanently. People will be WILD in there. Not the service but just the variety of customers.The service is random. They are hurting for workers it seems because one day a gal was working both the service counter and the deli counter, back and forth. They do their best. She’s very sweet.Altogether, the deli has my heart.

It took a long time for our food to arrive. Once it did, my wife's soup was very watery and cold. My calzone, which took 45 minutes to come to my table, was the wrong calzone. Buffalo chicken instead of barbecue chicken, which I had ordered. As someone who doesn't care for spicy this was not the best outcome. And I was not going to wait another 45 minutes for them to get it right. This may be a great place for coffee bakery item but we can have recommend it as a place to have a meal.

This is in our neighborhood and we frequent them often. The one complaint we have always had about our favorite sandwich is they give you 1 ounce of au jus to give with a $16 french dip. We just spent $50 on 2 sandwiches and a salad. She politely asked the girl for additional au jus. She rudely refused. My wife offered to pay for it. She went back and asked the manager. Nope too bad. The will be our last purchase and I will be sure to pass along the lack of customer service!

We live within walking distance of the bakery. DEFINITELY recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Great for breakfast, lunch OR dinner. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plus they also serve beer and wine. Staff is always wonderful. I am obsessed with their scones.
