I gave a 1 only because they were closed down and for a while and nothing was posted that it were closed and Google said it was open. I even called on the way and the call went through. But I went because their food was awesome!!

1.8/5 Stars. Let me start by saying the door dash order. They had just dropped my food outside the front door of the apartment complex and didn't tell me or try to contact me at all..... but this isn't the stores fault but the area they are in. Do not order delivery. But none the less, the food is some of the less than average pizza I've had. Would never recommend. the salad was large but none the less not very good. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend.

This place is always so so delicious. And I don’t even love pizza, so that’s saying something. Good variety of food and toppings. Always is delivered fresh and still warm. We keep going back and plan to continue to!

I ordered a small specialty meat pizza with mushrooms and onions, peach cobbler and 1/2 pound chicken wings. I got a pizza with just mushrooms and onions, no wings and no cobbler. It was delivered. I called they said they were out of the cobbler and wings. I should have gotten a call stating that asking if I wanted something else. Honestly I am so disappointed they didn’t get the one thing they did deliver right. No meat :( on a specialty meat pizza… ? never ? going to them again.

First time ordering a pizza from Happy's Pizza Grand rapids division in Burton call my order in drove down picked it up the staff was so awesome and the pizzas were even better two large pizzas three items absolutely awesome and the staff was awesome. 🍕🍕🇺🇸👍

We ordered our food for delivery at 7:31pm , our food arrived COLD at 9:30PM& called and asked for a refund (while still waiting for our food ) & was told we need to call corporate for a refund.

I had to wait for like more than half hour just to get two order very late service plus staff were not even sorry for that. I could see in peoples face how frustrated they were waiting for food and they were not that busy also.
