We ordered our food for delivery at 7:31pm , our food arrived COLD at 9:30PM& called and asked for a refund (while still waiting for our food ) & was told we need to call corporate for a refund.

I had to wait for like more than half hour just to get two order very late service plus staff were not even sorry for that. I could see in peoples face how frustrated they were waiting for food and they were not that busy also.

The food is delicious don’t get me wrong but people are in the kitchen VAPING! Vaping and smoking in front of my food is absolutely disgusting and obsurd. And there was a dude just coughing not covering his mouth??‍♀️. Someone needs to come and do something about this because it’s terrible!

The girl that answered the phone wasn't listening or was mentally handicapped. I'm not sure which one. The card number was repeated FIVE times before we were told to come in to pay. Now I'm not judging her if she was mentally ill or slightly deaf, because that's not something she can control. However, if either of those things apply, she should not be on the phone getting such private information.Secondly, the food was absolutely disgusting AF!! The wings were supposed to be dipped, they were so dry, there was almost no evidence of them being dipped at all. The cheese curds were burnt and half them were so crunchy and disgusting with NO CHEESE in them. My friends fries had no seasoning on them, the macaroni was stuck to the top and was watery at the bottom of the aluminum container.This mess was just that, a hot nasty mess!

Placed a delivery order online. Called to make sure that my order and listed address was correct. Both times I called, I got a fairly rude response. Although the location is convenient, I do not think I’ll be ordering from this company again. It’s worth it to order elsewhere and pay just a tad bit more. I will most definitely be doing the same

Their service to me was horrible, I literally called and ordered one pizza and 1 pound of happy wings and they told me to wait 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and I called back just to make sure it wasn’t a delivery or if I was supposed to come pick it up, But it turns out they had nothing in my name or in my contacts. So in other words, I never ordered in the first place like how is that possible? I literally talked to someone there and ordered. ?????????

I went there last night with my daughter. The cashier Linda was very rude. This was my very first time in this restaurant. I ordered my daughter the Box3 I was never told that a drink came with the order. When we came in she started saying what was broken and after my daughter food was done she hands her the hot box I asked for a bag Linda makes a joke that will cost $20 or you can go wash dishes. She put my daughter food in a bag. But overall the food was delicious thanks to the two cooks.

Make sure you have them repeat your order before completing due to their new $30 policy for delivery and new employers that doesn’t know how to take orders or work the cash register. Just recently bought two catfish dinners and didn’t even get the fries and garlic bread spoke to a guy named Brian. He said he was going to handle it the next day for us being a loyal customers and turned around they called us 4 times the next day just to tell us that he sending over Just the fries and bread because we had the catfish last night?!?… if that’s how you treat your loyal customer that order with you guys multiple times out of the week. That’s fine 4Brothers will get your business because they would NEVER!!

There is a minimum $30 order before they will deliver to you. This information is not listed on the website or the ads they sent in the mail. The site should not allow you to place an order for delivery if it doesn't meet qualifications... I placed an order online for $22 to have them call me ten minutes later explaining how much they pay their drivers and how they could not make money... Never even had a chance to smell the food let alone taste it, horrendous customer service.

This place used to have the best tips. Got 2 orders of the $9.99 1ld rib tips and was sadly disappointing again. The first time the sauce tasted like mole and portionswere terrible n small..ewwww..this time The portion was not only small pcs, it was mostly grisle, fat and no meat and light sauce.This use to be my favorite place for rib tips..not anymore.. flavor and quality of food have changed dramatically and portions are very small. I paid for fat and Grisle ?. Wouldn't recommend.But they do have a slider's restaurant in the same building. And my kids like to sandwiches there. There also a bit pricey for sliders

We got a medium mushroom and cheese pizza and mushroom stuffed crazybread. The food is absolutely to die for. They also must have a speedy kitchen staff because it took almost no time to be ready. My only thing is the pizza sauce you pay for. Like, I understand you're trying to save money , but we paid for them and they're both only half full. One is a little less than half full. And they cost just ad much as a topping. That's my only complaint. I can't comment properly on the atmosphere because this was a door dash order.
