Wood fire pizza was legit and I loved the art!

Knowing that the food is lot more scratch made and locally sourced then 90% of the restaurants in GR we decided to give this place a try again. It had been a couple of years for some reason. The food is excellent, the server we had was excellent. The beer is awful. Flat, off flavors. We tried the Marzen, Pilsner, IPA and dry hopped lager and felt the same about all of them. Is it a tap issue? Brewing issue? Parts of the atmosphere are really cool and charming but others need a good clean, and updating.

The Pizza is incredible! Surprisingly slow at 4 pm on a beautiful fall Saturday, but I’m NOT complaining. Service was great.

Below average service but good food. Bring your patience if you dine in.

Dave was our waiter. We sat right inside an open garage door on a perfect weather day. Ordered the wood fired wedded bliss pizza, peach sour, and marzen. Literally everything I just mentioned was PERFECT. 🤩

Such attitude from bartender last Saturday. I overheard him snap back at a customer who asked what flavors the seltzers came in ("there's 13 of them and they're available at the QR code")

(Newsflash: there is no QR code on the chalkboard menu above the bar listing all the beverages on tap)
The pizza I ordered was fine but hearing the bartender unnecessarily bark at a customer put a damper on things.

Pros
Service: There were two people working. They were decently busy, and the two were hustling! But they were happy to take the time to give local recommendations. They were happy we were there.

Beer: Decent. It wasn’t our favorite in the area, but certainly enjoyable.

Atmosphere: Super relaxed and chill. It’s in a cool little space.

Cons
Seating: We sat at the bar and the seating was uncomfortable.

Overall: I really enjoyed this brewery.

Had lunch on 8/17/24 , the Bada Bing sandwich and salad was amazing. The house made balsamic dressing is to die for. The beer is great and a has different notes for different folks. I am so happy to have spent my time and money at such a delicious location. Great service too, although I sat at the bar... I hope your trip here is as good as mine was.

Update. Long time waiting for lunch on a slow sunday. It was worth waiting for though.

First time customer. Nice atmospheres. Food and service was really good. We had a pizza and Caesar salad, both delish. But I had a beer that was FAN-F'ING-TASTIC. I've never had a sour, and I'm not really a peach fan but when I tasted the Jurassic Peach Sour...OMG I'm in love ! Took a growler home with me. I wish I lived closer so I could get that beer more often. I also wish they had it in 6 packs. I've drank a lot of beers...Maybe not as much as some, but I'd rate that beer in my top 10 of all time....maybe even top 5. It's cravable and now I wish I had some lol

so i came here expecting a great pizza, but no this restaurant is absolute trash. first they took ages to even take our order, we had to go up to the front to ask if anyone was going to come take our order. someone finally comes and takes our order and then i have to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF for pizza BUT they have no problem with seat any other people and serving their food right away. AND when we asked again after waiting an hour and a half for our food we had to go back up to the front and the lady at the front said “oh your pizza is ready we are bringing it out right now” and then proceeds to bring the food to a different table! i mean this is just insane, and to top it off as we decide to just get up and leave we politely said we were leaving because nobody served us, some server rudely says “it was just an appetizer”. YEAH YOU SEEM TO BRING “just an appetizer” TO THE WHOLE PLANET EXCEPT YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR NEARLY TWO HOURS! like there is no way your going to give me sass when you are the one at fault. this whole experience here was terrible if i could give this negative stars i would! do not waste your time and money here!!!

I had a flight as well as some dessert, and everything was great! Very nice atmosphere with lots of outdoor seating when the weather is nice

Friday evening - was told wait for an outdoor table was 15 minutes. We were hungry and decided to move on after 30 minutes of waiting with no text, and an hour later still no message for a table. Wouldn’t go back…
