Food was rather ordinary for the price. Service was very poor. It took 20 minutes for a server to show up. Waiter seemed to think all martinis are made with vodka. Waiters and runners were unfamiliar with restaurant week offerings. Wife had to eat soup with a fork. Entree arrived before we could finish our appetizer. I discovered Merten's Prime & Rooftop randomly. Our reservation was for the rooftop. The rooftop was an excellent experience. Beautiful views of downtown GR. Cute French furniture. The Division Street grapefruit spicy marg was great. I LOVE all things French & historic, so this establishment was perfect!
