Great service We! We ordered our pizza online and a couple minutes later we got a phone call saying that he noticed we had vegan cheese on our gluten free pizza and he wondered if we'd like an alternative pizza sauce since the normal one he uses has cheese in it. This was really nice as my husband didn't want dairy on his pizza. My husband also said that the gluten free pizza was amazing!

Damn near 5 stars! But… slice your subs for carryout customers and include napkins. Please!Also offer red pepper flakes as an addition. Glad to have you in the neighborhood.

Ordering online was easy, the order was at our doorstep within 45 mins and everything was so hot and delicious! We got crusties (spinach, feta and black olives), a margarita pizza, and a stuffed BBQ chicken pizza. We got the apple dessert crusties too. All soooo yummy!

Super yummy fast ans hot! Definitely worth it! Got pizza delivered to our hotel. Was less than 30 minutes and so yummy!

Crust was good but the sauce was so incredibly salty it was practically inedible. Called the restaurant to see what could be done and they were willing to give a full refund. Very helpful staff. Just hope the next time we stop in it’s better

-I wanna give the pizza a 3 and the customer service a 1. It’s a local pizza spot with a simple but navigable website.-I ordered pizza on their website, paid with Apple Pay as it allows on their site. I chose curbside pickup and called when I got there. Got the pizza and went home. Seemed to be pretty straight forward.-When I got home and started plating the pizza for my family, I realized one of the pizza wasn’t made to order. I called them and tried to explain my issue and was met with incredulousness, disrespect and ultimately, no tangible resolve.- I won’t write a huge story bc it’s upsetting. Its just important to know that the manager was unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t have an organized system for researching orders. I called when I noticed the issue. Maybe half an hour after picking up the pizzas. I wasn’t rude or accusatory, just trying to find a resolution. They accused me of lying to them for free food. ??‍♀️All in all, it’s a bummer because I thought they’d just credit me the difference between what I paid and what they provided. Instead they said I was a liar and told me to make a new order some other day and they’d figure it out then.Very strange experience.

Food was amazing. Brand new Beautiful Italian family in the area , I am enjoying an authentic homemade Italy pizza ordered here for the first time may I add. super professional especially one of the managers “G” or John like I called him haha lol, he had amazing customer service and made want to order more . Amazing customer service skills you will have a bright future in front of you young man! The food was delicious probably the best pizza shop in all of Grand Rapids.

Placed GrubHub order for cookies and brownies. The brownies were inedible. The chocolate chip cookies were tasteless. The big kicker is I ordered a $7 giant cookie, but apparently they don't make that any longer.So instead of calling to inform me, they decide to toss 2 more tasteless chocolate chip cookies in the bag. The additional cookies don't even make up the cost of the original cookie purchased.Called business, said they would offer me a "small" discount next time I order. Another order from me will never happen.What a total ?

So so good! It's our go-to pizza place. The sauce is super good and the ranch is the perfect, drippy, restaurant-style that we LOVE.

I ordered a 16" pizza and it measured only 14"... if I wanted a 14" I would have ordered that size and paid less. Pizza was good tasting, but they clearly are cheating their customers out of what they pay for. Disappointed since it was my first time visiting and makes me not interested in ordering again.If they make this right I will update this review. If you can still read this then know they are probably still doing this shady cost saving tactic expecting that most people won't measure their pizzas... buyer beware.

Way to turn one of GR pizza places into the worse place to go!Order was wrong after explaining for 5 minutes how we wanted the wings. Extra extra cooked. Got home to find wings whiter than myself! Called to complain and they offered a new order. Drive back to pick them up and the manager pulls them out of the oven to ask if they were cooked long enough. The wings were barely cooked. Not even close to crispy.New management sucks! Rude and ruined the whole experience. We are regulars and the last owners new us by name. This family will definitely lose a lot of business.picture was their overcooked wings. The first order was barely cooked.
