I haven't been to this store in a very long time. I always recommended people to purchase here. I arrived late afternoon on a Saturday. No customers were in the store. A male employee came inside from his vehicle. He muttered something. I had been waiting 5 minutes or longer. The employee was pacing around. I asked if it was going to be much longer for someone to take my order, he seemed dumbfounded and I didn't get a clear answer. I had a weird feeling and didn't feel right about proceeding with getting food from here. As I was walking out he didn't even stop me to apologize or explain for the delay. Not sure if I will ever consider going back

From the looks of the reviews, I would never shop at the store even though I’ve heard the hams are amazing. Looks like they need to do better screening when hiring employees for customer service positions.

Do NOT order your ham online for delivery to your home it is such a rip off. When you order online for pickup in store it estimates for a bone in quarter ham a 4lb- 4.99lb to roughly be $56.21 serves up to 6. Or a 5lb-5.99lb to roughly be $68.70 serves up to 7. When you place your order online it doesn't specify a weight but says serves up to 6 so I would assume it to be between 4 to 4.99lb. I got my ham today and it weighs 3.8lbs FOR $80 ARE YOUR SERIOUS! I call corporate and they tell me there's nothing they can do, can't transfer me to a supervisor that I have to go online and fill out a contact us section on there page which I did. But I called the store to get a price estimate and they told me a 4lb ham would have cost my roughly $50 and I got charged $80 not including the shipping for a 3.8lb ham. Ridiculous I've been coming to honey baked ham for over 30 years, this is just such a rip off.

There is always something wrong if its not this it s that, never right. Never good. Like this i go in today to get a pound of spiral cut ham like I always do, a normal thing at honey baked ham. I get there today the guy says "this is our busiest season we do not have what you are looking for." It was neither here nor there I had no idea what he was talking about but he was clearly perplexed as to why I though I could get what I always get normally. Somehow there is an awkward tangle because i wanted to get something on the menu that I normally get but today it was not available for flimsy excuses? I was gonna have it for thanksgiving dinner, I think he was in charge but just an amateur mess. For sure not the level or professionalism I require from people that touch my families food. If their front desk is this poor imagine how bad the back end is.

Certain sandwiches are delicious and worth the hassle. On the other hand, some cold sandwiches just aren't worth it. This lunch will cost you a pretty penny. About 10 bucks for just a sandwich and about 14 for a meal which is just your sandwich, small bottled drink and plain potato chips or the smallest cup of potato salad they can give you (literally 3 bites worth of potato salad). They do make stuff fresh in house but you also run the risk of them being out of everything and not being able to fulfill your order. I would only recommend hot sandwiches and just getting a sandwich since everything else will clean out your wallet.

While at a conference, we received sandwich meals for lunch. They were delicious. I had the ham, but others had the turkey or salad options and enjoyed it. The cookie was really good as well. If we end up having at next year's conference, I certainly would not complain.

I bought a 9 pound, bone in ham. Everyone had enough, and I got to make pea soup with the ham bone

Parking: Get there early. Due to the long lines during the holidays it's kind of hard finding a parking spot, especially when you find someone parked in a handicap spot with no placard or signage on their license plate because their better than everyone else

The customer service person that took our orders today did a super great job for us. I believe his name is “Steven”. He was friendly, personable and respectful. It’s always appreciated when you walk out feeling better than when you came in. Thank you so much Steve, we look forward to seeing you again on our next visit.

The BEST Ham

Customer service was horrible, FAR less than the minimum. I saw the individual making my sandwich scrape off honey mustard and just put the sandwich back together. He then got a huge attitude when I asked him to remake the item. All he did was put the meat on a new bun, still covered in honey mustard. Incredibly frustrating, and we will not be returning.

First time there, staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of options to choose from. Will definitely be back.
