Hungry Howie's Pizza

I've ordered from the plainfield location twice from door dash and both times my pizza came with non flavored crust even though its in the order and when I called about it they just said when they are busy that's what happens never ordering from that location again

I ordered 2 hours ahead at 4:00 went to go get it at 6:00 told it was busy because of the lions game when there only two orders ahead of me and told me that they had eight minutes of my food and then told me that there was one person for area And they had To stay in our spots then five more people that came in and got their food before I did

I got 2 pepperoni pizzas and got bacon on both for 3 dollars extra and they forgot my bacon

Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery, never showed up. They told me it was delivered with a photo on my doorstep, showing my address in the photo. They could not show me the photo. I have a doorbell video camera, no person ever showed up. My address is not listed on the front of my house, so that's not possible either. Basically robbed me of $60.00. What kind of scheme are these folks running?!

what makes Hungry Howies pizza stand out is the flavored crusts. i love to use. skin plus sesame and butter cheese making the crust alone better than the competitors bread sticks! always use the app for rewards and app exclusive deals! the pepperoni duo $10 deal us a steal

I placed an order online for the second time and for the second time I was told the order did not go through. This was supposed to be for a pickup. I could not remember the name of the pizza that I wanted to order over the phone so I asked the person to wait until I got back on the website to pick the pizza out and she says I can't wait you'll have to call back I said I'm not going to wait through that long greeting says ma'am I have a job to do you'll have to call back. I think this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will never order from this pizza place again. This girl needs to find a different job preferably where she doesn't have to deal with customers.

Worst experience with a pizza place ever. Female manager was very rude and unprofessional. I had called about an order placed a hour and 20mins after I placed the order to be verbally assaulted for wondering where my food was. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When you work in food with the people, you should know how to treat another human

Very bad They didn't give me what I wanted and I called them.So they told me not to call again.They were going to call the cops on me because they didn't wanna deal with me. I will never go through them again. That was 50. Well, actually $60. I paid $60 and the food was so bad. Threatened to call the On me. Because I called and told him the food was bad.I will never ever go through him again

If I bought a jar of pasta sauce from amazon, spread that on the amazon box, it would be about the same as the taste of what this establishment makes. Its like eating straight cardboard. This place used to make good pizza too....
