I’ve ordered items from this location 3 times and have not have a bad time of it. I will say that the last time I ordered, I got a stuffed Howie bread, which was everything I dreamed it would be ✨, but I was anticipatory 😝 so I went to pick it up early and waited in my car. I saw them place the box in the heating lamp/shelf thingy, but my app never updated. Super pleased with the service at this location. Ordered online for delivery. Eta was 45 minutes and it was in my hand in about 30 minutes. Order was correct. The pizza was delicious. The delivery driver was friendly. No complaints.

I ordered three pizzas and a deep dish cheese bread. I typically go to the location on Plainfield and receive much better food. Here I had ordered extra seasoning on the crust, and when I got home and begin eating, I realized the crust had barely any seasoning at all, and was quite disappointed, however my order was on the slightly larger side and I understand that they were only an hour away from closing. Maybe it just wasn’t their night.
