The Pan cakes ordered looks bad in shape. Looks like given left over food. No fresh food.

I noticed they don’t keep up on the restaurant. I don’t do reviews often, but I noticed mold on the ceiling trim, and the ceiling vents were dirty looked like the floor hasn’t been mopped in a week and the place just had an unclean atmosphere. I think this restaurant needs to be upgraded and painted and the mold removed.

UPDATE: The company responded to me here, so they get a good mark from Google for being responsive; however, they asked me to fill out a company comment form on line and said I would be contacted. They are ignoring my response on their form and my follow up. Do not consider them responsive or think they care at all about the customer feedback at this point, I certainly do not.
So cold in here there was no way the food could come to the table hot. This owner needs to quit pinching penny's to pick up dimes and turn the heat up. Rethinking if Ihop was a good choice.

The food was really gross there where black things in my cup. Hair in my daughters good they got my eggs wrong. It was not very busy in there and trying to get out waitress to are table was horrible. The prices of things are way to high for the quality of the food

I have been here two times and not impressed either visit. This last time, there was a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed with a number to order food. The number was not legible enough to even read, and they are supposed to ALWAYS be open. 24 hours a day

Received food that was totally wrong, cold, not enough gravy for the biscuits. Bread was white instead of wheat. Wasn't toasted, no jelly. Then when you call them they want you to call who delivered it, but the delivery person doesn't have anything to do with the food that was prepared. Then they said oh our manager will call you back. No call. Dissatisfied customer totally. 😠 😡

We tried the Indiana Jones menu. The French toast. The Cookie Butter and Berry'd Treasure were absolutely delicious & enough for 2 meals each! I hope IHOP adds these items to the menu permanently!

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. We first waited 20 ish minutes before anyone acknowledged us at the front. I had ankle surgery and am in a boot. So I was seated while my 6ft 5 husband stood right at the desk. So if you have handicap, ya is accessible but you better pray there's a seat. They were supposedly short stages but all 3 girls looked at us and said nothing. As we were finally seated we were heated mildly ok, i mean if you don't mind being hurried asap. It took 10 minutes for a coffee and sprite. Lunch was a plain burger and chicken tenders. Both with fries. Nothing special. Burger was good. Fried meh, and didn't eat the chicken tenders till later. Chicken was good. Took about 40 minutes to get our food in a half empty restaurant. It's nothing but full of teenager's that were being respectful. None causing issues, sitting quietly, so they can't even say that was the reason. Waitress was kinda friendly. In a hurry up but still trying to get a tip way. Luckily we were dealing with funeral details and reminiscing about our loved ones "favorite breakfast" spot or we would not have gone. Figured since it was word timing, 945 ish n slower, is be great to be able to talk with my husband about our loss of our loved one at her favorite place. Didn't happen. Not because it was too loud, but because the entire place was a ball of stress. You could feel it from the staff. Owners and managers need to have a sit down and figure out what needs to be done to get better service and to help the staff. Bathrooms were completely unacceptable. Floor residue from over use of floor cleaner, smeared mirrors n doors, toilet paper everywhere... n the smell was not so pleasant. Now it wasn't a standard bathroom smell either, more that of a dirty , humid, wet basement. Pretty gross. Even on busy days it takes 5 minutes for one to bring a broom n universal cleaner for sinks... come on now. I'm not trying to be mean but trying to let owners know why people may not return. That particular ihop is good food but bad cleanliness and meh service. Definitely not going to be our favorite couple breakfast spot and it's not because of the food. Food was good. Coffee good, but atmosphere........ sad sad sad.

Cold food when they are busy and rush orders.
Surprisingly good burger for a breakfast restaurant. Great atmosphere.
- The Classic with Bacon - $13.29: I am guessing it is quarter pound, but it might be one-third since it was a bit larger. The sauce and bacon were above the burger patty, but the onion and tomato were under (which is unusual). I actually thought it handled a tad better (in this case) and the flavors were not too compromised or thrown off because of the change.
- Fries - (comes with burger): Thinner cut and curled. There was less fluff in the center, but still a good texture and flavor.
- Coffee - $3: A bit on the expensive side for just plain coffee, but you do get free refills. The coffee is always fresh and I cannot remember a time where it was stale or anything. It isn’t special, but it isn’t bad either. They place a small carafe at the table with cream singles and sugar packets. They continue to refill the carafe until you’ve had enough.
I’ve also had the Colorado Omelette previously and it was great, too. It gets ordered by our group by others fairly often.
- Service: We’ve had the same waitress almost a dozen times visiting Saturday mornings every other month or less for about two years. She has always been cheerful, helpful, and on top of things. They do have table service, though you pay at the counter on the way out.
Paying cash can be a bit difficult. They don’t seem to have a cash register at the front and always have to go to the back to get change. If you pay credit, they can help you fully at the front counter without issue.
- Atmosphere: Staple IHOP. About what you’d expect from a modern location. They have booths and tables. We are usually a party of 8 or so and they push together tables to seat us all together. We usually come to discuss a book and it usually works out pretty well. As the morning progresses, it can be a little busy and mildly louder, but not too bad. Everything is usually fairly clean and well maintained.
- Conclusion: I’d recommend them. We’ve been there almost a dozen times now
Visited on a Saturday at 7am. YES, I HAD A BURGER FOR BREAKFAST. It at least had bacon.
Parking: Never had an issue with parking. There are enough businesses near by to park at as well if it is too busy.

Went to I Hop the other day and there was a little kid the table adjacent from me standing on the booth, throwing things and yelling at the top of his lungs. Not only did the parents not do anything about this, when I tried to make a complaint to a female manager with short blonde hair, and she rubbed it off as “well that is on the parents to discipline their kid better” and refused to take any accountability for this disturbance. I will not be returning to this location.
