For God's sake turn on the heat. I have found it to be warmer in a rest stop bathroom than it is in your restaurants. Two locations in Grand Rapids Michigan and you guys can't turn on the stupid Heat it's winter time for God's sake

Why is it so hard to get help from the associates here, 2nd time I've been here to pick up a door dash over 20 minutes just to get help, 2nd time the order was missing a drink I had to ask them about glad I read the order, management needs to take control of this matter especially when there is only 2 customers in the entire restaurant

I ordered the steak and eggs. The steak was welled done and tough. It also had some sweet sauce on it as opposed to be seasoned, the waitress apologized stated it didn’t look right and gave me a menu to order something else. I then got the breakfast sampler with scrambled eggs and cheese. Everything but the eggs was just ok. There was more cheese than eggs. Not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it. I know it’s a chain but they clearly need a new chef who can cook and season food properly.

I love their New York Cheesecake pancake. Service is okay tho, there's only one there that's taking and bringing orders when we came in, and I think she's new. Other than that, I am very satisifed with my food.
If i could scream to the whole city this is the worst restaurant the worst service most disgusting food every order messed up and they all look at u like your disturbing them in a completely empty restaurant cuz noone will come, I cannot express enough do no go here

Our experience wasn’t great, but wasn’t bad. When you hire someone in your wait staff, you need to have them training with someone for a least a week maybe or till they feel comfortable on their own. We had Gabby, poor girl was nervous as all get out cause her co workers were off goofing around instead of giving her a hand. I’m afraid she’s going to get a customer who is very snotty and rude, and you’re going to lose a very sweet, awesome employee cause you wouldn’t help her. My fiancé and I let her have our left over change from our bill for a tip cause we felt terrible for her. You can’t expect a newbie to be able to swim perfectly on the first day. Please change your rules about employees on their first day, or your turnover is going to be absolutely insane.
