All I got was a cookie with some brownie chunks. No ice cream at all.
What’s the point of charging me for all those add-ons if you’re not even going to include the main item? This is just lazy and straight-up disrespectful. If I wanted just a cookie, I would’ve paid $3, not over $15.
I’m attaching the pics of items I received.
I need Refund for the things which you didn’t even provided me, I even added extra scoop for extra money, where is the icecream?? Did the delivery guy ate it or you forgot to provide it??

I personally didn't like the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie but the snickerdoodles were great. The workers were friendly and definitely deserve more pay.

First time ordering and eating Insomina Cookies. I ordered thru Door Dash. $19 for six cookies. Everything looked really good but I only received five cookies. The cookies tasted good. It is just disappointing when the quality control, (i.e. double checking that the order was correct) is not happening. They are delicious. They are not cheap. The minimum is a correct order.
