I cannot even express how amazing the customer service was at this place. The staff were so understanding over the phone when I had a very poor delivery order through DoorDash. This place goes above and beyond with customers, wow.

This is the 2nd time they have done my cookies like this and paying over $60. I AM OFFICIALLY DONE SPENDING MONEY HERE. I ordered 6 cookies and 2 deluxe cookies they melted them like I couldn’t even get the cookies out and melted into a whole other flavor. This is ridiculous

We waited an hour for two cookies, and we ordered through DoorDash and the web sites for the cookies switched out address and so my boyfriend had to go out and wait for driver. And with it taking an hour that was ridiculous. I was so excited and left so disappointed.

The service is sooo amazing💛 I placed a DoorDash order and called the store with a peculiar request. I was so nervous to call, but the person who answered was so sweet that I immediately felt comfortable making my request, and she actually followed through. I’m sad I didn’t catch her name, but if she sees this, thank you! She truly made my night.

Nice fresh warm cookies. Several selections and price levels. You can get packs or buy individually. They were a little bit pricey, just over $8 for 2 cookies but worth it once in a while.
Walked here after a concert and while there was a long line, it was worth the wait! Probably a 10-15 minute wait but for a late night snack, tough to beat.

Three words cookies, ice cream, and late night availability. Great for a day time drop in or a late night splurge. The menu is packed full of cookies of all sorts. The ice cream is a tasty display I would recommend indulging in. When in Grand Rapids and having a late nite. Eat at Insomnia cookies. You won't regret being a cookie monster here.
