We both got two scoops of ice cream on a cookie. I got a chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of double chocolate mint and dreamweaver and my boyfriend got a white chocolate macadamia cookie with a scoop of moose tracks and chocolate chip cookie dough. The cookie was a bit smaller than we expected and we wish it would've been a little warmer. Overall tasted good.
The store only had one counter on the side for seating but the rest of the store had a lot of open space for standing.

Absolutely delicious. Was in here for my first time today & was impressed with the flavor. The Oatmeal raisin cookies were fresh, warm and wonderful. The chocolate chunk ice cream was thick and cold.
Minus one star on the lack of seating. One set of stools are barely an inch shorter than the bar you sit at, forcing you to lean over really hard to eat your treat.

Wow! The caramel cookie (can't remember the official name) is amazing! Paired with the caramel ice cream might seem like it would be caramel overkill but you'd be wrong. It's so good!

Went in around 11:10pm on 01/14/25 with my boyfriend to place an order. When we walked in no one acknowledged us, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes with the 2 male workers walking back and forth between the counter and the back of the store. Neither of them acknowledged us. We decided to leave after them standing there talking to each other, still not speaking to or acknowledging us. It is disrespectful to not say anything to customers when they walk in your business and are standing ready to place an order! Loss of business

Best time to get a box of cookies here is when you're still kind of drunk from a concert and need more sobering up time so you go smash 4 cookies into your face.
We have been so excited to try Insomnia cookies. Upon walking in I was immediately overwhelmed by the music, it was SO loud and screamo type music. 1. I had a hard time hearing the employee because of this and 2. I couldn't even think straight to make a decision on what I wanted. The cookies were mid, if you think you're getting a crumbl type cookie think again because they're SO FAR from that. In all honesty it was dry, cold and slightly stale tasting. I don't think we would stop in again. Additionally-no bathrooms so don't plan on washing your hands before or after you eat.
Parking: Good luck finding parking be prepared to walk.
Kid-friendliness: The music made it completely non kid friendly. My son with very minimal sensory issues struggled with the overwhelming music. 10/10 not kid friendly.

Delivery was pretty fast and slick. I didn't know the box was at my door until I got the delivery photo, which is amazing because I have dogs, and cookies tasted amazing, warm, and just the right softness for milk dunking!!

Wheelchair accessibility: We walked here from Mary Free Bed with my dad in a wheel chair. The ramp was easy to navigate and my dad was able to pick out two dozen cookies to bring back to the amazing staff at MFB!

Ordered these for delivery from Uber eats. The cookies seemed smaller than advertised (yes I am aware that products being advertised won’t always be the same in person) they were significantly smaller as well as they tasted a bit like premade cookies that you’d get from the story by pillsbury or nestle.
