I love taking my almost 2 year old here! She absolutely loves playing here. It is nice and open so you can always see where she is. The seating is so comfortable. It’s a great place to relax and not worry about having to clean up all the toys before you leave! The employees are so kind! Highly recommend!
We decided to give this place a try today for my daughter to play and we arrived shy of 3 pm. The sign in the window said open , your website said you were open and google confirmed your hours as well. However I got there and the door was locked and the employee was mopping - not a good sign. She came to the door and said they decided to close early today. My daughter was in tears because she couldn’t play. I know it was only a half hour but you have set business hours for a reason - it was really unfortunate she didn’t allow us in given we were there within the hours of operation. Likely will not return!
This is a great play space with some comfortable and efficient seating area for adults. I only had hot chocolate but it had very good flavor.
There is a fee for the children to play but I only went along as an extra so not sure how much. There is a nice variety of play equipment and toys. I saw the staff go aroubd and clean toys throughout the time I was there.
We love Itsy Bitsy! It's our go to spot to get some energy out or have playdates, where the kids can play in a safe atmosphere and the mamas can catch up over coffee. The staff is always kind and it's always clean. My kiddo LOVES anytime we come here.
We love Itsy Bitsy! It is very cozy and the perfect size. You can keep your eyes on your kiddos no matter where you sit. There are tons of toys for imaginary play. They have tons of snacks for little ones along with lattes for parents! This is the perfect play cafe :)
Such a great place! You can tell a mom owns and runs this place bc they have everything. Need an extra diaper? They have them in the bathroom. Need to heat up a bottle? They’ll make sure you get what you need. They even went off menu to make sure a kiddo in our group got the special drink he wanted. Highly recommended!

Our daughter loves coming here and so do we!
I enjoy coming here with my toddler. Basic snacks and good coffee are available. The endless amount of fun to be had by my toddler in a safe and clean space is so valued. This is a space for a community to come together with their littles and just enjoy time together. The owner is so wonderful and kind. My experience here so far has been great! We bought a punch card and can’t wait to keep coming back!

Great place to take littles! Everyone has to remove shoes at the door so be prepared. Good coffee.

Incredible fun for our 3 year-old. Sooooo many different toys. Tasty espresso drinks (and I'm picky). Priced well. Owner is an angel - I thought I'd have to yank my little man out during a really bad tantrum, and she was able to take him aside and calm him.

The kids love it here. And I love how you can see the whole room at once. High quality toys and well taken care of.

I went here on a Friday, late morning/noonish so your mileage may vary.
Pros:
- A wide variety of toys. Tiny toys, big toys, pretend toys, play sets, a slide, riding toys -- if your kid has any interest in toys, they'll find something they like.
- Yummy coffee w/ a variety of options
- staff frequently cleans and picks up. Despite the chaos of a play cafe, the areas were very clean and the staff member who was there that day was going in and putting toys back that weren't being played with
- all day play pass. It's not a play session. You can leave and come back later in the day so if you like the place it's a really good value!
Cons:
- Was told there was an $8 card minimum but it says it's $8 to get in on their website (just double checked, if still says that as of today). Staff member could have been mistaken or maybe the entry price was lower that day, I have no idea. (EDIT: *I* misunderstood -- I'd been asked if I wanted anything else because of the card minimum and I'd assumed I hadn't met the minimum yet and HAD to purchase something else, that's on me!)
- Minimal parental involvement (this is NOT the play cafe's fault, just something I noticed): the parents who were involved had too many kids to be everywhere at once. If your kid isn't getting toys snatched from them constantly, they'll probably get run over. If you're the type of parent who plays with their kid, you will have several other kids all trying to play separate games with you because you'll probably be the only adult on the floor.
- no separation between play and eating space. As clean as staff like to keep it, accidents happen. Food gets dropped, allergens get introduced -- the cafes that don't separate the areas are one peanut allergy away from an ambulance visit.
All in all, it seems like a great addition to the community. I think Itsy Bitsy could be great for some families, but it's just not a good fit for us. We won't be back, but I wouldn't discourage anyone going unless your kiddo has severe food allergies or is prone to being overwhelmed.
