Doug and his son, Thomas, are quite possibly the most learned coffee connoisseurs I’ve ever met. They know the science behind how to roast the perfect coffee and passionately desire for all coffee drinkers to not settle for anything less. They are a wealth of knowledge and their offerings are thoughtfully the highest quality.
We are former locals who visit the area often and made it back to this place, this past week, for the first time in a few years. Not only were we there late, the workers were incredibly kind, they made me a Sunday no longer on the menu and it was wonderful.
