Called for pick up order wait about 15 min. To a mean person on other end. Went to pick food up. Guy on phone rude. Obviously he thinks this is only pizza place in town. Work on customer service. Also the pies were ok. But ultimately if you can not acknowledge a guest. I will spend 80.00 else where.

Recently tried their Vegan pizza and they have SO MANY VEGAN MEAT OPTIONS! They also weren't over the top pricey for the vegan substitutes like everyone else in the area. They even had vegan ranch and even though the person at the counter didn't recommend it, I LOVE IT ! Thank you so much for having inclusive food options. Will be ordering from here for pizza forever!

Great pizza, great food! However, Jeff, who I assume is the owner, needs to work on his people skills. Everytime I call and come to pick up, it's him. Just hangs up on you when finished taking your order, and is very short, abrupt in person. Makes you feel like you are bothering him, creating an inconvenience for him by ordering and paying for their product. I stopped ordering from them because of him but decided to give them another try, since their food is so good. Same thing over the phone but when I got their, Greg was at the counter. Jeff needs to take some customer service training from Greg. Greg was pleasant, thanked me and even wished me a Merry Christmas. He is the reason I will come back again.

We love JBs! We often eat in lunch and pick up dinner. Pizza, lasagna and loader tots are our go-tos. The staff are really kind and helpful. Use the front to dine in and the back for pick-up.Kid-friendliness: My girls enjoy eating here; especially getting a slice of pizza and a special pop from the cooler.
