Jersey Mike's Subs

Tried placing take out order for 20 people which I do all the time at JM locations. Does not let you book out days in advance. So typically place order and call store to change date. Cannot get ahold any one live at this store. Transferred to corporate 4 times and hung up on 4x. Sent message to JM customer support 3 days ago to cancel order and refund. Still no response.

I go to this shop weekly(enough for them to know be by name)because I work around the corner, staff is super friendly and food is always on point.

This was the first time my husband and I visited Jersey Mikes and it was stupendous! We purchased the foot-long and shared it, it was more than enough! We couldn’t finish that! Everything was great at this location service and food was awesome!

Everyone is super nice! Establishment is clean and organized. They really care about gluten allergies and keeping customers safe! As soon as I said I was ordering for my girlfriend who has celiacs disease (gluten allergy) they immediately took their gloves off and put on a new pair and communicated to one another about needing to make her sub in their designated gluten free prep zone. Really appreciate the attention detail! Keep it up! We'll be back. Thanks!

We had a great sandwich that lasted lunch and supper!

Sandwiches are really good, but 50% of the time, this location gets my order wrong. I don’t understand how no one noticed that an entire sandwich was missing from my delivery order. Only my wife’s sandwich arrived, and it had onions, which we did not order. So frustrating

I have eaten here several times since they added the gluten free sub bread. Every time has been absolutely amazing! The subs are sodelicious and the precautions they take for safety with cross contamination is so incredible. It is so hard to find a place like this where you can feel safe with celiac disease. I really appreciate their dedication to having a separate prep area for all their customers with gluten allergies. They are always so welcoming and accommodating and never make me feel like an inconvenience as so many other quick service establishments do. Thank you for all you do!

Super friendly staff that helped me pick my sandwich. The sandwich was amazing and I watched one of the employees help an old lady order and opened the door for her on the way out. The sandwich I got was very good, it was a club sandwich and I loved it more than any sandwich I've gotten at other places. Again, the staff is really what made this an enjoyable experience.

Always friendly employees, cheese steaks are made fresh and are a totally worth a short wait. #43 chipotle cheese steak is my favorite!

Parking: There is a *free* e-vehicle charging station in the parking lot outside the Grand Rapids/East Beltline location. I don’t know that it’s managed by Jersey Mike’s, but it’s great to take advantage of it while you’re enjoying your sandwich!
