Chuck arrived with a delivery for someone in my house. He assumed I was going to take the order. He was disturbed with the realization he was going to have to walk down the driveway.
Yes I had just discovered that the city had left a large heavy (not an understatement) plowed pile of snow directly in front of my driveway. The driveway just shoveled early this morning, however.
When he arrived back at the entrance of my driveway he spoke out “you should shovel your damn driveway”. I told him the city pushed that there, and that I had broke my back last year “what would you like me to do?” All the while with my shovel in hand and on the phone trying to get through to someone at the Kent county road commission. Yes I did flip him the bird as he left.

Placed $70+ order text. Received confirmation order went through. I See the charge on my cc. Called to make an adjustment and they refused to make my pizza unless I paid again because they can’t find my order. I have all the documentation. No common sense. Please avoid. The service and ability to troubleshoot took 20 minutes with no food. No delivery. No order. Unless I paid twice... They said they can’t just go around making free pizza. What??

It was good. Delivery ends early, and the phone conversation wasn't the best, but we still ordered and ate it so there ya go.
Sadly they forgot the pepperoni on my pizza which is disappointing because it was literally the only topping. It was on the receipt.

My husband and I ordered the 4 corners pizza and bread. We are from out of town and have never had Jet's pizza. My husband had a pepperoni one and I had a sausage one. They were delicious! Would recommend trying Jets pizza.

I called to order a pizza, I got a bot instead of a person. I was totally disappointed in this. The bot could not get the order correct! I picked up my pizza, and it was wrong. The employees were great and made me a new pizza, but that was a longer wait, and I was in a hurry. I normally don't have any problems when I order online or call and talk to a person.
