I've been to Jets in other cities and enjoyed the food. This location was the same great food. They even let me add turbo crust when I came to pick it up, as I had forgetten to ask when I ordered it.

Don't really leave reviews but I feel like I have to. Made an order on the phone and when I looked at my pizza I had a slice missing. Not only that but I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a slice was missing there as well. Is this what jets does now? Not happy when I opened the boxes and I know they won't believe me because I didn't open it until I got to work. Whats the whole point of paying full price if that's not what I am going to get? Very disappointed

I order here at least once a month, I substitute the sauce for ranch sauce, it is never messed up. Pizza is always cooked perfectly. Keep up the amazing job!

We live in caledonia and won't go to our local jets off of Broadmoor because the pizza is always made wrong and not consistent so we make the extra trip to the jets in cascade this jets always made right and Always delicious!

Called to order 6xl pizzas. It took 25 mins for the space cadet on the phone to take the order. After he took the order I hear him shout “prepare 6 XL’s”. a voice in the back replies “No way we’re not doing this today” and they decided to tell me they were all out of dough.A complete waste of time and pure laziness

I'm sick.After eating a piece while driving home, I noticed the pizza tasted mildly like vomit. The cheese was sour and the sauce was watery so much so that the crust was soggy.When I picked the pizza I was told some of the employees walked out, so I had to wait for the pizza to be made. I realize now that they altered the food.Please don't do this people. It is not funny or cool. Yes, customers can be mean and it was a very hot day.Now I have to live life knowing someone had me eat toilet water, urine or worse. I'm not sure who your target was, but I'm a new mom and trauma nurse. I was not trying to inconvenience anyone by buying pizza.(To the manager..If you can't staff appropriately, provide tolerable working conditions or pay, you can not be open.)

Ordered a large pizza and had it delivered to my job at Walmart down the street and the Delivery driver was Extremely rude and left my pizza in a shopping cart in the front of the store. And didn't tell anyone about it. I will never order from this place again so very unprofessional.
