I keep having bad experiences at this Jimmy John’s. My first bad experience was I had food delivered to work and I couldn’t afford to tip that day and the delivery driver asked my works front desk why I wouldn’t tip then she called me to ask if I would like to add a tip. Very unprofessional. It also seems like every time I order they don’t update the tracking when they drop off so food has sat at the front desk for awhile. Today I got a little John which I always do but there was barely anything on it. There was hardly any meat. This location is not great at all.

This is the lowest rating I have ever given them. I ordered the turkey Tom and it only came with one slice of turkey. So disappointing. Not good guys, not good!

Still a great bargain with their little john subs you can eat a meal for under $10 with chips & a pop, bustling location so be prepared it gets busy but the subs are good!
The guy that took my order was so very rude. We were the only ones in there and he acted as if I was holding up the line. My son likes to go there, and that will be the only reason I will ever go back. They should vet their people better. The food was very good.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat, conveniently located in the heart of downtown, amongst all the hustle and bustle! I work downtown and order from these guys all the time, between their delivery bikers/cars or just walk up on a leisurely stroll on my break.
Very quick, in and out. While "Frwaky Fast" isn't what they advertise anymore, they definitely get ya taken care of with a quickness at this location.
Friendly staff, clean store, delicious food, they even do catering for private parties, office meetings, events and get together! (Be sure to call ahead of time tho!)
This location is probably one of the few franchises that I don't have any issues with.
10/10 will contue to go here. Thank You!
Vegetarian options: You can definitely get the unwich, a sandwich wrapped in lettuce instead of bread. You can also have meats removed and they are happily accommodating to do so.
Dietary restrictions: As previously mentioned in the vegetarian parts, this restaurant is more than willing to accommodate, remove certain items, swap them, and so on. They are eknowledgavle about food safe and what items are prepared close to others in case of any allergies as well.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly food options, I mean, can't go wrong with sandwiches. Also, lots of funny and witty signs all over the store to keep one entertained, lol!
Wheelchair accessibility: Store is at ground level. No stairs. Wide door way and aisles to get around with at ease.
