Once at the window im guessing they were high school students because the behavior was ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra couple miles to the marketplace location. 0% chance of me ever returning to this location. Hire real staff not disrespectful kids

Sandwich was good, but prepare to be stolen from because I got charged for add ons, and guess what, when my sandwich was delivered none of the adds I ordered were on the sandwich. Oh well, I guess I can’t cry over having $1.80 stolen from me, just won’t order from this location again.

Did not have options for no tip while ordering to-go at location. Was told they had monster energy and then after payment was given a coke and told they don't have monster energy. My receipt says that my order taker was Daniel. First and last time at this location. Communication 0

Who ever be at the damn window is always so rude, they forgot my mustard on my sandwich everytime I ask. I paid for a side of jalapeño ranch and never got it.

I work at an insurance agency. I ordered lunch along with several others in the office. There were two delivery drivers that showed up the same time, racing in to drop off food. I saw one with a drink and assumed mine, so I handed the young lady my money and she ran out! I realized after she left that was not my order. I called the store right away and the guy on the phone stated he would get it cleared up.
She did come back with another order after awhile and let me know it was sorted out.
The order was right, but I did ask for extra packets and it to be cut, and neither done.
I did like the energy they had and making fun competition, however, not a place you should be racing into. Want to race, the race should end before you enter a place of business. I think I'll be picking up in the future or going to jerseys mikes.

Funny how the gargantuan was smaller than the hunters club. Costs more... mabe the name is more to fit the price than the size of the sandwich now days. If its $75 for a legit gargantual... then charge that. Peeps will pay but when you skimp then you loose and never see air above water again. FIX IT!
