Orders 2 giant vito#5 combos with pickle chips cookie and drink 45 dollars went to pick it up and got home discovered they forgot my chips so I called them they said they would deliver them so I also ordered 2 brownies and gave a 7 dollar delivery tip even though it was their fault so they took 45 minutes to deliver 3 chips 2 brownies the next street over and charged me 17 dollars for their mistake them they delivered the wrong chips they should refund me my 50+ dollars the subs was not made the way the orders was requested I'm gonna request my money back

My order takes well over 30 minutes to be delivered. I live 5 minutes away. You do the math....... this happens often. I used to work at a Jimmy John's and this is not up to standard.

I mostly order delivery but have waited over an hour bc my food was delivered somewhere else. Ordered pick up today and half my sandwich fell apart in the bag and I had to go inside to ask for the pasta dish. They offered to remake my sandwich but I didn't care enough. At least all the ingredients made it in the bag I was more concerned for my missing pasta dish I paid almost $3 for

I got none of the add ons I ordered.

EDIT:had the option of free desert. Picked a brownie with no charge but wouldnt place the order. Picked a cookie and it went through but suddenly I was paying $3 more.
Food arrived with no chips. They offered a $5 credit I told them no because I've done that before and they never honored the credit. Huge reason I've started picking up my orders when I can.

Corporate reached out and did nothing to help. Fix your online system and employees need to pay attention. Otherwise you're sending your driver's out for your own mistakes.

Staff is rude dose not care about the quality of your food if they mess up your order they will tell you to file a complaint online and if you do the store manager calls u n says not to order delivery for a better experience please come to the store lmao do your self a favor find a different Jimmy John's there's a reason why the one on 44th St is never busy

never again. I didn’t even make it past ordering the service was so bad. Unprofessional from the start at the loud speaker. Once at the window im guessing they were high school students because the behavior was ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra couple miles to the marketplace location. 0% chance of me ever returning to this location. Hire real staff not disrespectful kids
