We had the chicken Cesar wrap and a turkey Tom sub. Both were delicious. Very fresh. Service was good. Everything was clean and neat. Better than the one I usually go to. One in Eastown is also good.

Don’t ever bother to try and order delivery.
Half of the time they will call you and say they cannot deliver your order and the other half they will screw up your food.

10 staff in the completely EMPTY restaurant but the order I placed 8 minutes before arriving wasn't even started until I arrived.

Service is fast, but there are "no public restrooms" at this location regardless of purchase.

Zero stars if I could. Staff is rude and disrespectful. One of the workers parked behind our car a little too close (we were already sitting in the parking spot and getting ready to leave, plus we were inside the loading zone) so we were stuck in the spot and couldn't get out to leave because she trapped us in. So my fiance went inside to kindly ask if the owner of the vehicle could move a little just to let us out. She threw a temper tantrum and flew the door open, stomped out, and nearly hit my fiance with the door while she screamed at him about moving her car just a little. Her attitude was unfathomable and I hope she doesn't injure anyone by throwing another tantrum.

The employee's name is Kelly, I hope for everyone's sake that she resolves her attitude and approaches customers maturely.

Stacy the assistant manager and her GM were very rude to me on the phone when I called and hour later to ask where my order was. I was hung up on!
I highly do not recommend anyone shop this restaurant!
Hit up another sub shop... They are getting way over priced anyways!!

I'm new to the area and I love jimmy johns, however this is the 3rd bad experience I have had in the last 2 months with this location. From money issues to delivery issues to making me the wrong food. I also order while I'm at work so this has been a huge inconvenience. Tonight I ordered a jjblt, add cheese, jimmy peppers, pile and vinegar, cut in half and leave bread in. I got a sub with no oil and vinegar, heavy onions and my bread pulled out. To top it off my sandwich was not even cut in half. I'm highly unsatisfied with this location and it's employees.

If you bring cash here, you might leave hungry, as you’re not allowed to pay with $100 even for over $40 of food. That’s okay because the bathroom is ‘under construction?’ So you should go somewhere else anyway, like a real business.

Of all the sandwich shops I know of, I prefer Jimmy Johns the most. I think they're a tiny bit more expensive but the quality and taste improvent over other places makes it worth it. I wish there were more locations in my area to be able to eat there more often than I currently do.
