Not freaky fast. And no public restrooms. Didn’t know that was legal. Lettuce was also starting to brown. This location is also more expensive.

Never has delivery people working but still has the option to order that way. They also don’t communicate this by calling they just leave the order open. This has happened several times.

The large gentleman helping did not take kindly to me asking for additions or not ordering fast enough. He audibly sighed when I asked for onions. Plopped my tuna on the bun and did not evenly distribute it. No verbal communication is a real thing.

Very very 🤢 disappointed in the service by a tall skinny 18 year old that was so disrespectful to a lady who left crying. A man literally almost pushed her over to get to the bathroom all she did is said excuse me and tried to unlock another bathroom and it appeared this African-American that worked there yelled at the lady instead of the guy whom and then told her to never ever come into this store again! Wow!!! 🤯 My family and I will never ever be back to this location Jimmy John's! They even picked on her by mocking her and teasing her she was banned. This didn't even make sense I witnessed her do morning wrong but the bald guy initially did. I feel the staff here are so rude and disrespectful! I recommend the other Jimmy John's but stay away from the downtown one specially if you're a female the staff are very degrading and gained up on an innocent woman so disheartening my family and I will never eat here again 🙏😭

We had the chicken Cesar wrap and a turkey Tom sub. Both were delicious. Very fresh. Service was good. Everything was clean and neat. Better than the one I usually go to. One in Eastown is also good.

Zero stars if I could. Staff is rude and disrespectful. One of the workers parked behind our car a little too close (we were already sitting in the parking spot and getting ready to leave, plus we were inside the loading zone) so we were stuck in the spot and couldn't get out to leave because she trapped us in. So my fiance went inside to kindly ask if the owner of the vehicle could move a little just to let us out. She threw a temper tantrum and flew the door open, stomped out, and nearly hit my fiance with the door while she screamed at him about moving her car just a little. Her attitude was unfathomable and I hope she doesn't injure anyone by throwing another tantrum.

The employee's name is Kelly, I hope for everyone's sake that she resolves her attitude and approaches customers maturely.

Stacy the assistant manager and her GM were very rude to me on the phone when I called and hour later to ask where my order was. I was hung up on!
I highly do not recommend anyone shop this restaurant!
Hit up another sub shop... They are getting way over priced anyways!!
