Ordered a Club Lulu. Got sick from it! Mostly all bun with very little turkey on it. Shrinkflation. Get less & pay more. Hard buns, not fresh at all. The bacon was raw & full of fat. The bacon being raw like it was made me sick. Won't ever go back to this location again.

Man what! Came in the day after Christmas at 1:00 pm. At first I went to the Arby’s across the street. The worker was very rude to the customer I front of me so I can hear instead. GREAT MOVE! I got a toasted roast beef and cheddar no horseradish sub spicy mayo. Boy I ate so good. The workers were laughing and all in high spirits.
Great customer service! Great food makers! Great experience!
Will be back because they don’t make it the same at the other locations. In my opinion. 🤷♂️

Bathrooms dirty. Ordered beach club no mayo, came with mayo. When I politely asked if it could be remade I got attitude from the cashier who said “you didn’t tell me no mayo”
I love their 8 inch Italian sub. It's too big for me to eat in one meal, so I usually get 2-3 meals out of it.

I got real sick after taking food from this location. Was sick all weekend. Won't be eating jimmy John's no time soon. They was clowning in there too. Took more than 20 minutes to get my order.

Tonica provided an absolutely amazing experience! I love Jimmy John’s, but I hadn’t been in a while and was excited to try the new toasted subs. She not only introduced me to the new toppings but also had extensive knowledge about everything on the menu. When I ordered the steak sub, she made sure to mention that it had horseradish—something Jimmy John’s doesn’t usually have. I was so grateful she shared that little detail because I wouldn’t have liked my sub otherwise!
What truly stood out was her kindness and patience—she made me feel at ease in a way that most places don’t. I often feel rushed and anxious when ordering, but Tonica took the time to explain all my options with such warmth and care. When I got to the register, she continued to treat me with genuine kindness and respect. She turned what could have been a simple transaction into a truly great experience. Jimmy John’s is lucky to have her!!!
P.s. Even though subs didn’t 👀 perfect they tasted good.
