Bathrooms dirty. Ordered beach club no mayo, came with mayo. When I politely asked if it could be remade I got attitude from the cashier who said “you didn’t tell me no mayo”

I got real sick after taking food from this location. Was sick all weekend. Won't be eating jimmy John's no time soon. They was clowning in there too. Took more than 20 minutes to get my order.

Tonica provided an absolutely amazing experience! I love Jimmy John’s, but I hadn’t been in a while and was excited to try the new toasted subs. She not only introduced me to the new toppings but also had extensive knowledge about everything on the menu. When I ordered the steak sub, she made sure to mention that it had horseradish—something Jimmy John’s doesn’t usually have. I was so grateful she shared that little detail because I wouldn’t have liked my sub otherwise!

What truly stood out was her kindness and patience—she made me feel at ease in a way that most places don’t. I often feel rushed and anxious when ordering, but Tonica took the time to explain all my options with such warmth and care. When I got to the register, she continued to treat me with genuine kindness and respect. She turned what could have been a simple transaction into a truly great experience. Jimmy John’s is lucky to have her!!!

P.s. Even though subs didn’t 👀 perfect they tasted good.

Waffle Pirates

On multiple occasions, they have forgotten an ingredient or entire item during delivery or pickup. Recently they forgot to put ham on the sandwich.. no modification sandwich and forgot the ham. The only way to get a proper sandwich is to walk in so you can see your sandwich made properly.

Shoutout to Jennifer- I came in kinda late on a super snowy night. She could’ve been irritated that I was coming in, but instead was very friendly, had a smile, and made it a positive interaction. When I got home, I found she even threw in a free cookie. Jennifer needs a raise.
