I love the staff here at this location! They are so friendly and always make sure my order is spot on. Never once had an issue here. I often visit this location too, as it is right next to my work. Food is good because it’s JJ’s. The bread and the Kickin’ Ranch is all you really need.

I’ve never left a review for a fast food restaurant…but I can’t not for this JJ location. The staff here is seriously amazing. I’ve gotten several different employees at the drive through over the past year and EVERY single one of them is SO over the top friendly. It’s like they’re all happy to be there, which I feel is rare to find. I get excited to go through this drive through for the interaction. They make great sandwiches too :)

I always love Jimmy Johns, even when their speaker went out, they still were freaky fast. So go grab a fast sub and try their new salads as well, chips are still great but so are the salads, and drinks.

Waited 15mins in the drive thru for the cashier to mess up my order twice…then called the manager cause my sub was wrong again when i got home. He said they would deliver me my correct sub……30mins later im still waiting. What a joke, never going there again

Daniel, was his first day and i was his first ever order, asked me how he did because i was his first customer. he did absolutely wonderful. he asked everything he was supposed to ask, and put a smile on my face in the meantime. it made me ponder back on old times when i used to work for JJ’s. thank you daniel! keep up the hard work my friend. -connor p.s this spicy east coast italian is so so good!

Absolutely the worst jimmy johns I've ever been to. They did not get even the most basic order correct. Really disappointed I spent my money here.

amazing staff, we came later in the night and the lobby was closed so we went in the drive thru. the man that served us was kind and apologized for “sounding mean” even though he was so sweet. he also offered us a free cookie, which we took up the offer, amazing and kind staff!

Horrible at reading instructions for even the simplest sandwich modifications. Half the time I've ordered I'm missing some meat or an additional topping completely while the sandwich looks like it was punched like a McDonald's burger. Wouldn't recommend delivery because of this.

This place is horrible! The service is terrible. Some but not all the management team is horrible as well. The lady jenny that took my order at the drive-thru messed my order up on several occasions. They need to have someone new taking orders. The manager Jason should be fired from Jimmy johns permanently! He has no management skills at all. Came in to mention that I need to speak to a manager and he said he was a manager. He was very bossy and disrespected. Maybe I need to call corporate. The other managers there are very professional, kind and very respectful. This jimmy johns will lose some good customers if they don't get rid of the manger Jason.

So last week I brought a sandwich back because it was the wrong one. I paid for a Bootlegger club. But instead i got a Billy club. There was a lady with colorful hair that asked if she could help me and i said yes. I have the wrong sandwich. I told her the wrong sandwich i had. And was hoping to come and get the right one. she was very snappy saying we can't take that back but what was the sandwich you wanted? Her attitude was very nasty. I don't recommend anyone to come to this jimmy johns. They mess up orders. Attitudes are terrible there.
