My children and I were there the night before last. We met your employee tyler who went so far out of his way to help us and treated my kids so special that they kept talking ( and one was even singing) about him later. Excellent guest service and what a great kid! We were all so impressed with him. We will be back for sure!

Delivery driver tore up my driveway when pulling in and backing out. I even have a flared out driveway so it's amazing how he was able to do that in a white Jeep Cherokee. The sub was beyond subpar, wilted lettuce tomatoes were destroyed, worst location in Grand

I gave them a 3 for atmosphere because they had the music on so loud and it was hard rock type. I love all music, but I have a hard time trying to focus on ordering correctly when the music is so loud.I was glad I was taking my order to go...I wouldn't have been able to eat there.

Employees (including the manager) are belligerent and they have messed up my order on multiple occasions. When called out on the mistakes, they act like they don't care and in some cases are actively hostile. Will never visit this location again.

Absolutely awful customer service. The staff and the manager onsite were extremely rude and belligerent after I had to drive back to replace a mis-made sandwich I discovered after I had gotten home. I've had them mess up orders before, but the attitude they had this time means it will be the last time. Do yourself a favor and pick any other location. There is one further down Plainfield that doesn't have staff with poor attitudes and that gets the orders right.

Attention to those with Celiac or gluten intolerance: DO NOT come to this location. I've given them 3 chances to put mayo on the side and use clean utensils for my unwich and I have been sick each time. There has been mayo on my sub 2/3 times, even after asking them to take precaution.We went today before watching fireworks and tipped the employees $5 when we paid because they were polite when we asked for mayo on the side etc. Then we got our food and there was still mayo on the sub, and no mayo packets, no mustard packet (which we asked for) and no napkins. Just a terrible experience overall at this location.Most Jimmy John's are great but this one is the worst I've ever been to by far.

Ordered 2 box lunches for delivery; both were absolutely perfect and delivered in less than 15 minutes! The sandwiches were both loaded with meat, customized as requested...

Horrible experience at this location. I ordered a Club Lulu as an unwich through the drive thru. I ate half the sub before realizing they had added multiple slices of cheese. I have a severe dairy allergy amongst others and was severely sick from their carelessness and failure to make the sandwich the right way. This sandwich doesn’t even come with cheese on it. I called the store later that day and asked to speak to a manager. The girl who answered, Kaylee, wouldn’t confirm if she was a manager and had a major attitude when speaking with me. Kaylee said I could get a credit for the next time and for obvious reasons, I said I wouldn’t be back and asked for refund for that day. Kaylee said she would refund me my order total; it’s been almost two weeks and I was never credited for it. Someone who is SO careless about mistakes such as this one should not be working in food service.If you have any dietary restrictions, I highly advise you don’t risk your health or waste money at this location as they simply do not care.

I usually love jimmy johns and never have had a bad experience until a couple days ago, I had ordered 2 BLTs and a coke, an hour later I started feeling sick, nauseous, and everything else keep in mind I haven’t had anything that day, I threw up multiple times and I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning. It was terrible.

Jimmy John's is great and so fast, but for some reason the unsweetened iced tea at THIS particular location leaves a lot to be desired. It tastes like the tea making machine hasn't been cleaned in years or something. Just not good at all. I had to dump mine earlier today. And it's only at this location too! Steer away from the unsweetened iced tea!

I was SO disappointed in the Turkey Tom sandwich. It was delivered promptly and with a friendly delivery person, however, the turkey itself was very skimpy. In most places on the large sub bun, there were 2 thin layers of turkey, and in a few small spots, one thin layer. I felt like I was eating all bread.
