Cascade Jimmy John's is always great. I order from that location and I live right by Lake Dr location. The sandwiches are always loaded up and the bread is fresh!! I wish all locations were this good.

Everytime I come here I order the same sandwich the same way. Sometimes it's made correctly, but when the bigger/taller guy with the tan makes my sandwich he makes it incorrectly or sloppy. Extra means extra, and light means light.

Unwiches are my fav and what keeps me hooked on JJ. I normally frequent the JJ in hudsonville but I stopped here for a quick unwich and was left sad. It was two pieces of lettuce to hold the sandwich together and 6 jimmy peps. My sandwich fell apart in the car. It was a sad day. ? unwiches usually have 4-6 pieces of lettuce holding them together.

Put in a curbside order. Parked directly in front of the store. Tapped the “I’m here” button. After 20 minutes I had to call the store and ask for my food I paid for. Requested “cut in half” on my order — it was uncut. Requested napkins — no napkins. And I didn’t think I needed to request a straw for my fountain drink but I guess I should’ve because I didn’t get that either. ?♀️

Ordered the #7.. It says it’s “spicy” but it was not at all. I am assuming the Jimmy peppers are what were supposed to be spicy. They put two on our sub. Not very much sauce/Mayo at all making it dry. I really like Jimmy John’s usually but this was disappointing. Very average for $21.

Little disappointed in the service today. Went in for lunch and it was slow. I was disappointed when I asked for a bag to carry my family’s sandwiches and the staff member threw a bag on the counter and pushed my sandwiches forward for me to bag. I would have considered helping if there were customers behind me and I wasn’t holding five bags of chips already.
